Grand Hotel Llandudno

Great location near to pier, basic conditions. Lack of parking facilities. The hotel mostly cater for tour group.

It nice location and quick services , price in uk kind of cheap for value . Down side is hotel is old , so noisy by the floor and pie as most of the old hotel in uk

Great amenities, friendly staff, quick check in and check out

The hotel may be was great 50 years ago. But now you can feel it's old and not properly maintained. It's good option tho for budget stay as it's cheap. I liked the location and the views on the pier and coast line.

So happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group Well done “The Grand”

Easy check in online and keys ready on arrival. Location was perfect and a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Bar and entertainment downstairs for those who don’t like to venture out.

The Grand Hotel is in an excellent location, right by the seafront and Llandudno Pier, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The staff were friendly and the entertainment was enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite dated and some areas could benefit from refurbishment. The room was basic but reasonably comfortable, although the overall standard could be improved. The food was acceptable but nothing particularly special. Overall, it was an average stay. The location and entertainment are the main positives, but the hotel would benefit from improvements to the rooms, facilities and food. I would rate it around 3 out of 5.

Our room was 327, we did not like the room ,light was on a wrong direction , curtain coler was very bad over all room is not for couple, we never fell we was on holiday, very bad experiance ,but location is perfect.
