A excellent stay at the rosedene guest house, andrea and mark are super host so welcoming ,amazing rooms so modern and everything you need in your room great sleep,so close to bars and eating places, right near the promarde, beautiful guest house would not stop anyware else but hear ,second stay here will definitely be back next summer can not wait .Had a great time thank you to andrea and Mark for a lovely stay vic and julie❤️

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Everything about this establishment was amazing!! First of all, the owners are the most lovely people you could ever hope to meet; kind, friendly, always ready to help or assist should you need it, and to provide information about Llandudno and North Wales and give tips and advices on places to visit and things to do! They also have an adorable little dog you'll definitely fall in love with!! The guest house itself is just splendid! Perfect position, very close to the beach and the Pier and to shops/cafes/restaurants etc (they also collaborate with local businesses so that you can have discounts at different places). They have a lovely communal area where you can relax, read a book, watch TV, play board games or have a nice cuppa if the weather doesn't allow for many outdoor activities. Our room was perfect! And there is one thing in particular we want to write about (and the establishment in general); the level of cleanliness was absolutely incredibile!! We've been living in the UK for 8 years, and we visited many places, and we've NEVER found a room this clean anywhere! The carpet looked genuinely new, we had fresh towels and shower rug every day (and they smelled SO good, better than what you find at a Spa) and there wasn't even the tiniest trace of dust anywhere! They also left biscuits and sweet treats every day, that you could enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee in the comfort of your room. And the bed was super comfortable! They also put a lot of effort into the pre-stay communication, so that we knew exactly what to expect and how tings worked (for instance WiFi) before getting there. We can't recommend it enough and we'll surely be back!! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed!! Fantastic location, Andrea and Mark went above and beyond to provide a fantastic stay, immaculately clean, beautiful decor, luxury bedding, tea and Nespresso coffee in room with daily snacks, beautiful lounge to rest and relax with tea, coffee, drinks, play games, do a jigsaw puzzle, or visit with other guests, beautiful garden to sit and enjoy the day and evening with tea, coffee, wine, beer, and drinks, and visit with old and new friends. Andrea and Mark have great knowledge of the area and where to go for sightseeing or find a great meal. Andrea and Mark’s attention to each and every detail makes Rosedene an incredible choice!!

This is an excellent boarding house. Andrea and Mark ensure it is spotless, the room are comfortable. There is always a warm welcome and they have great knowledge of the local area

Excellent guest house. Room 3 was beautifully presented with all you could need. We were greeted on our arrival by Andrea with a cheery welcome. She went through all we needed to know and showed us to our room.

Had a really fantastic stay at the Rosedene hotel. The hosts Mark and Andrea were absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying at the Rosedene.

We had a lovely two night stay at Rosedene this week. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room, a standard Double, was plenty big enough with more than adequate storage. Everything was spotlessly clean, with possibly the sparkliest bathroom we have ever seen. All furniture, towels and bed linen are of the highest quality and the property overall feels classy and well kept. We would have no hesitation in returning when we next visit Llandudno. Thank you.
