I genuinely don’t understand some of the negative reviews! Having now stayed here, I can safely say that my experience was completely different than some of the negative reviews I’d read on this place — and I’m really glad I didn’t let them put me off! I use hotels on a weekly basis as I work as an area manager within the hospitality trade. I move around a lot and found myself having to stay in Llandudno spur of the moment. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, and I have to say the room here was spot on. Clean, tidy, the bed was so comfortable and with more facilities than you would normally expect. Everything was exactly as it should be. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service. From the moment I arrived, the greeting and friendliness we received at every level was brilliant. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and genuinely made me feel comfortable. And you simply can’t beat the location! It’s literally a stone’s throw from the beach, making it a fantastic base for exploring Llandudno. I would 100% recommend the Central Hotel and would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again. In fact, I’d definitely revisit!
