"Traveling during the off-season, we were upgraded to a lake view room with excellent natural light from two sides. This was our first trip with our 10-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Auntie Zhou Yulan was so enthusiastic at breakfast, she saw we had a baby and helped us with coffee. When I was changing with the baby by myself in the hot spring area, a staff member proactively helped me hold the baby. The uncle at the infinity pool saw we had a baby and were taking photos, and didn't insist we wear swimming caps. The shuttle service was very responsive and quick whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Auntie Shi Xuemei even stopped for us near the peacocks so we could take photos with the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

I played in the outdoor swimming pool for a while on the afternoon of the day I checked in. It rained when I came back from Nanshan Bamboo Sea the next day. , so I didn’t have a chance to play on the artificial beach I planned to go to, so I just watched TV shows in the room. The facilities in the B&B are actually quite rich, but they are charged separately! The staff at the B&B have a good sense of service. They will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. If there are any problems, they will call the front desk and deal with them in time. However, the only thing that can be improved is that if it rains the next night, the front desk will send a quilt. Paper towels, the quilt and paper towels sent by the staff were wet. When I asked for a replacement, the other party said that it was not wet enough and asked them to cover it on the outside. I was a little surprised at the time. In fact, it was off-season when we checked in. , the rooms next to it are all empty, and you can flexibly bring the paper towels and quilts from the empty room and replace them. This point still needs to be strengthened, because it is unreasonable to let guests use wet quilts! (Of course, after my repeated insistence, the waiter went to the empty room next door and brought me dry quilts and paper towels) Due to the off-season occupancy rate, the breakfast buffet has been changed to a customized meal for one person. "The room was spacious, and the owners of the guesthouse were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even chatting with us – an experience unlike anything we've had in a hotel. We originally wanted to try the owner's wife's cooking, but our reservations were fully booked for two days. With the elderly and young children with us, we were worried about them going hungry, so we opted for meals near the scenic area. Luckily, the prices and value for money near the scenic area were quite good, and we didn't have any disappointing experiences. Next time, we'll definitely try the owner's wife's cooking. The guesthouse has a small courtyard with a swimming pool (open only in summer), many camping chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, and a table tennis/ping-pong table. The kids had a blast playing there every day and always wanted to come back. The courtyard also has three cats, a French Bulldog, four turtles, and a rabbit! Even I, as a child, didn't want to go out! The breakfast was nutritionally balanced; it would have been perfect if there was freshly ground coffee, but the guesthouse provides both brewed coffee and freeze-dried instant coffee. The guesthouse is very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, and the owner offers free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very thoughtful. The environment is excellent; I slept peacefully until I naturally woke up every day. The bed's firmness was just right, not tiring on my back. The only downside was the bed frame was a bit low, making it a little difficult for my parents, who are older, to lie down and get up. Cleanliness: Could be improved slightly. The lobby was a little messy (please don't mind, boss, I'm a Virgo)."
