"The staff at Songguo Hotel weren't very welcoming. We were dropped off at the hotel entrance by the trampoline park shuttle, and on a weekday, the lobby was completely empty. Three front desk staff just pointed and said ”out this door,” but the individual cabins were impossible to find. I had to ask the front desk three times! When I asked them to help show me the way, they pushed back, saying they had reports to do at the front desk?? Later, after walking around in a big C-shape, there were finally signs at the entrance, but they were blocked by two small trains. This was the only downside! Otherwise, the overall experience was good – the environment was peaceful, the lake view was beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hot springs, dining, and facilities were all excellent, and the shuttle service made getting around quite convenient."

We arrived late in the evening, and the young lady upgraded our room for free, helped us with our luggage, and turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance. The service was very attentive. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The disposable supplies are very complete, as long as they can be used, they are provided. The room comes with free fruit snacks and drinks. There is a swimming pool downstairs. The baby likes it very much and has a lot of fun. Breakfast is provided one by one.
