Liyang Hotels with Gym

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, and I had high expectations given its excellent rating on Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel parking lot, a butler promptly met us with a shuttle to take us to check-in. The service was fantastic and very thoughtful, with every staff member greeting us with a smile. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are great, and I was impressed to find Guerlain toiletries provided. While the hotel features an alpaca farm and Dinosaur Valley, which are perfect for younger children, the kids' club was a bit small and underwhelming, which was a slight letdown. My favorite part was definitely the infinity pool and hot springs located on the cliff top. They offer a fantastic ambiance during 'blue hour' and the views are stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, even on a summer evening, as it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was also excellent. I'd definitely consider a second stay here, especially if checking in on a Friday when it's less crowded for an even better experience. [Proud R]

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

This hotel is centrally located, very close to Shanghecheng, and has a dedicated parking lot in the back. Shared bikes are available right outside the front door, making transportation very convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, and it even has a laundry room. The breakfast selection, in particular, is rich and varied. Highly recommend staying here.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

This hotel opened this year, and the surrounding environment and facilities are excellent. The soundproofing is really good. I've been here for two days now. There was a minor issue with the cleaning staff on the first day, but the front desk patiently resolved it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I hope the owner keeps up the great work!

Very satisfied, the room has no smell and the design is very reasonable. The library has lots of great books! Gym, laundry room, restaurant, complete hardware facilities. Breakfast tastes good too. The sound insulation is acceptable, the linen is very comfortable, and it feels like home. Wanda is right next to it, so eating is more convenient.

A very pleasant stay experience, the homestay is near the Tianmu Lake archway, not far from the scenic spot. The environment in the homestay is very good. There is a large koi pond. The plum blossoms are in full bloom. There are scenery everywhere. Children are the happiest to feed fish. Not to mention the cute pet paradise. Guests staying are free of tickets. All kinds of small animals are well raised. There is a sand pool trampoline slide at the exit. It has been a long time since we can control the children hard. We are afraid that there are many people in the scenic spot during the New Year. We have been playing at the homestay for two days. It is completely OK. The butler service is also very good. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. Thank you. I saw that there is a large open-air swimming pool in the homestay. I will come to swim next summer.～ The private soup room is quite large, and the private soup pool is alone in the innermost part. There will be no problem of soaking water vapor affecting the room. This is very good.

Check-in: Ctrip free room upgrade wasn't provided. Room cleanliness: Shortly after checking in, I saw small bugs on the bed, so they came to change my room and upgraded me two room types. In reality, there wasn't much difference; they were practically identical. I later saw that the actual area for different room types in the hotel was the same. Breakfast: Not many options. Compared to most 4-star standards, I'd say there were half as many choices. Environment: There's a mall opposite, and it's newly renovated, so there's a slight smell.
