The hotel is located in Zhuxi Valley, hidden in the sea of bamboo, with independent villas in the north and south. It is like a fairyland in the morning after the rain, and every corner is full of oriental Zen.
Room experience:
The room is 153 square meters, spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring and a swimming pool. The MINI bar is free, and Guangxi Bama 1000 ml mineral water is standard. When checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang) arranged a petal turndown service in advance.
Catering service:
There are many varieties of Western and Chinese breakfast. The package booked by Ctrip gave two meals. I thought the catering would be perfunctory, but it turned out to be amazing! Seasonal bamboo shoots, river shrimp, yellow croaker, Liyang special black rice, etc. are super delicious and memorable.
Details and highlights:
The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff all serve with a smile. Special praise should be given to the 24-hour private butler Xiao Guo (Guo Chengxiang), who was very considerate and responsive. I have to give him a thumbs up.
In short, Zhuxi Valley is worthy of being the top luxury hotel in Jiangsu Province, and it will be the first choice for the next vacation.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute.
Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless.
Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style.
Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

Spending money here is definitely worthwhile. This hotel left a deep impression on me. From the rooms and facilities to the service and environment, I was extremely satisfied. The mountaintop hot spring is definitely worth checking out. The villa rooms feature a spacious and bright outdoor soaking pool in the center, and the bedding is very comfortable, featuring many bamboo accents, providing me with a superior resting environment. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The butler, Xiao Rui, was attentive and responsible, answering my questions, helping me book meals, and providing complimentary toiletries.
My review: I'll definitely come back next time!

The owner and housekeeper of the B&B are both professionals in the construction and garden design industry, so they are remarkable in the landscaping, layout and arrangement of room utensils of the B&B. The B&B has a small study, a multi-person glass room (for dinner, karaoke, meetings), a swimming pool, a hot spring, a cafe (you can pet 6 kittens), a bar, a small farm (raising groundhogs, raccoons, ponies, donkeys), a bamboo forest (you can dig bamboo shoots) and other leisure and entertainment spaces. It is an ideal place for unit team building or parent-child family gatherings. The service of the housekeeper team is also very nice!

MM425341****We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

The loft parent-child room, the room is very large, there are three floors on the upper and lower floors, there are two large beds, one small bed, and there is a children's play area on the top floor. A family of five travels and the space is proper. The facilities in the room are also relatively complete, and the overall living experience is quite good.
The most convenient point is that the hotel and the hot spring are connected. From the hotel's passage, you can go directly to the front desk of the hot spring. You don't have to go outdoors. Through the hotel's ticket, you can enter and exit the hot springs indefinitely within three days. This is quite convenient.
In terms of dining, the Chinese restaurant tastes good, the overall price is slightly higher, there are many restaurants at the door, and the average person is about 1/3 in the Chinese restaurant. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, and the children are quite full.
Hygiene: Satisfied.
Environment: very good. The surrounding area is the bamboo forest, full of green eyes. It is recommended to stay in this room type for 5 people, slightly more expensive, and the experience is better! Unfortunately, the itinerary was in a hurry, and there was no time to take a room tour. It was really a must.
Service: Service is also a surprise! Equipped with an exclusive butler, Du Fang with us, we will contact you 1 day in advance. If you have any questions, you can communicate directly with the butler. The response is also very timely. Upgrade the room type, travel route suggestions, booking tickets, and even hot meals. It is a big help! Awesome!
The overall experience of hot springs and bamboo seas is 7-8, the commercialization is too serious, the hotel is the highlight of this trip!

11565189****A small fresh homestay in the mountains. It is really a highlight of the trip, and people can't help but want to share it. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warmth and comfort of home.
The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and charging equipment. It is surrounded by green mountains, and the environment is elegant and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. Because we are two adults and two children, we were upgraded to a loft room on the second floor for free. It is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and tidy, and a fruit and beverage basket was given. The details show the care of the homestay owner.
In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great!
It is particularly worth mentioning that the homestay owner also provided thoughtful service and suggested that we go to the hotel for dining and swimming, saying that the swimming pool there is larger and more comfortable, which makes people feel very thoughtful.
In addition, the staff of the homestay are all handsome men and beautiful women, and they will say hello, which makes people feel full of enthusiasm.
In the B&B, you can not only enjoy the comfortable accommodation environment, but also taste the local fruits, which is really a pleasure to stay in.

We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious.
