"Xijian B&B is located in Nanshan Village, Liyang, 5 minutes to Zhuhai, hot springs walk, Tianmu Lake for half an hour. Nanshan Village is the intersection of three provinces. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Yaohu Town and 15 minutes to Guangde. The transportation is very convenient. During the May Day holiday, we traveled by car and set a family room, 1.8 meters + 1.5 meters, the boss and his wife cleaned it themselves every day, the 24-year-old homestay was spotless, and the front door was a small garden carefully maintained by the proprietress. A variety of rare roses, just in the blooming season, so beautiful, so fragrant! During the day, I went out to the bamboo forest to walk, catch fish by the stream, and pick in the orchard. Unfortunately, there are mulberry trees. Other fruits have to wait until the end of the month, but it is enough for the children. If you are tired, go back and rest. We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

A small fresh homestay in the mountains. It is really a highlight of the trip, and people can't help but want to share it. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warmth and comfort of home. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and charging equipment. It is surrounded by green mountains, and the environment is elegant and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. Because we are two adults and two children, we were upgraded to a loft room on the second floor for free. It is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and tidy, and a fruit and beverage basket was given. The details show the care of the homestay owner. In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great! It is particularly worth mentioning that the homestay owner also provided thoughtful service and suggested that we go to the hotel for dining and swimming, saying that the swimming pool there is larger and more comfortable, which makes people feel very thoughtful. In addition, the staff of the homestay are all handsome men and beautiful women, and they will say hello, which makes people feel full of enthusiasm. A bit old, but otherwise pretty good. **Location:** There's an indoor walkway directly to the hot springs. They offer a shuttle to Nanshan Bamboo Sea every half hour. It's only a five-minute drive, and then another five-minute walk to the scenic area entrance. The best part is unlimited free entry and exit during your stay. **Service:** Most of the staff are quite good, enthusiastic and professional. A small number, well, they're just doing their jobs, can't really say they're bad. **Dining:** The breakfast variety isn't huge, but the taste is decent. Options for takeout or eating out nearby aren't extensive, but acceptable, and available quite late. **Room:** The style and furnishings are a bit dated, but it's relatively clean. The duvet and towels felt a little damp. **Other:** There are free handicraft activities, as well as some that cost money. The hotel has a direct corridor to the hot spring reception hall, and the corridor has a vibe reminiscent of an old Sanya hotel.

The boss is very good and very enthusiastic. We are not many people who go in the off-season. We help us upgrade the room type for free. Very unexpected, I didn’t have much expectation for the hotel, because it was a temporary reservation, but the first meal after coming to the hotel was the fish head soup booked at the hotel. There was no fishy smell at all. The umami was very soft and the roasted meat was extremely tender, which made my impression full. The next day I woke up and opened the curtains to a hill and lotus pond with a wide view. The real environment will be more refreshing than the photos.

🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.

I traveled with my best friend, and the family room was pretty good. It had one 2-meter double bed and one 1.5-meter double bed, so we slept quite well. The location is right at a fork in the road; one direction leads to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, and the other to Yuquan Hot Spring, both just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a private kitchen on the first floor, and the food was quite good. The sunset photos I took at night were also beautiful.
