"春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。
不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方：
1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。
2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。
3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。
4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。
5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。
第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。"

如果不是之前住過石塘小也，都不會知道這神仙地方。不僅裝修風格採用了北歐，功能性也沿用了“公共區域重舒適促進交流，卧室小而美專注休憩”的理念。
臨水而棲，原木外牆浸着天目湖的潮氣，推開門時，松木香混着暖黃的陽光漫過來，旅途的乏意瞬間散了大半。
公共區域裏高倍望遠鏡早備好了，公共區的“鳥牆”綴着118種水鳥的剪影，外台可以看到水鳥掠過湖面，翅尖沾着漣漪，把時光都揉得柔軟。

"This time I punched in the Puyang Mountain Linyi B&B, and I really got a full score! The professionalism and enthusiasm of the B&B team is impressive. From the intimate guidance at check-in to the meticulous service throughout, every detail is full of care.
The most surprising thing is the experience of digging wild vegetables (safflower and grass) and digging bamboo shoots arranged by the hotel. Follow the beautiful guide to go deep into the bamboo forest and pick fresh bamboo shoots by yourself. Not only did you feel the pastoral fun, but also unlocked a different kind of mountain fun.
The environment of the homestay is even more amazing. The window is full of green mountains and bamboo forests. The room is clean and comfortable. Soak in the hot spring to watch the sunset, and then taste the freshly made chicken stew. Every mouthful is the original flavor of the mountains and wild.
This homestay is equipped with karaoke mahjong and other facilities, but the mother who brought it this time did not experience it, haha, come back next time!"
