"A very good hotel with a good location and convenient parking. It is right next to Wuyue Plaza. The front desk staff is very considerate. Seeing that we brought children, they upgraded the room to a king-size bed and provided children's toiletries. The room is large, the bathroom is also large, and the sanitation is very clean and tidy. It is very comfortable to stay. I also have to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in variety. The service staff are also very polite. Thumbs up!"

The private soup pool allows the soup to experience the privacy and comfort. The large soup pool, infinity pool and gym meet various needs. The children's playground adds parent-child fun. The breakfast DIY pancake fruit link is novel and interesting. The Chinese and Western restaurants provide a rich choice. The butler Xiaotao service is intimate and thoughtful, which makes people feel warm. The cleaning sister cleans the hands and feet quickly and carefully.
However, some details need to be improved. If some facilities are slightly insufficiently maintained, the entire hotel shuttle bus has one, which cannot keep up with the needs of customers. There is an induction light under the bed on one side in the room, which is very inconvenient for the elderly who have poor vision. The waiter was friendly. Overall, Quzen is a good place to relax, especially suitable for family outings. If the details are optimized, the experience will be more perfect. Recommended for travelers who are pursuing quietness and comfort.

MM51518****The hotel has a very good environment and is very big. There is a shuttle bus for transportation, which is very convenient. However, the time was too short and I didn't have enough fun. Special thanks to the housekeeper Dai Chunhong and the waiter Wang Ximei. They were kind and thoughtful. They brought us water and peaches even if we didn't have enough water. It made people feel very warm. I will definitely go again when I have time and bring my family with me.

MM425341****We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!
