Tianmu Lake Hotel is located at No. 588 Yingbin Avenue, Tianmu Lake Tourism Resort, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a five-star hotel with Tianmu Lake in front of the hotel. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The children liked it very much. After taking a bath, they took a shower and changed clothes, so they didn't have to worry about catching a cold. The hotel is on a hillside, and some attractions require walking uphill. You can ask the housekeeper to arrange a shuttle bus. We experienced the dinosaur park, mountaintop hot springs, alpaca park, slides, and kayaking. We gave up the New Zealand board car because the children were not tall enough. We went to see the mountaintop hot springs at night, but it felt too cold, so we gave up. If you want to take a bath, it is recommended to go there when the sun is sunny during the day. The fish head soup in the Chinese restaurant is great, and the other dishes are also good. The child said it was the most delicious fish soup he had ever tasted! There is also a small indoor children's playroom, suitable for young babies. There is only one security guard watching the kayak, and there is no professional explanation and teaching, safety tips, and warm-up beforehand. Adults accompanying need to pay attention to safety. Service: Very good service experience, professionally trained, enthusiastic, considerate, always paying attention to the needs of guests, from the lobby, housekeeper, auntie, shuttle bus, the service is good. Thanks to the housekeeper Chen Tiancao for arranging an unforgettable birthday for my family! The overall experience is very good, the small regret is that I missed the mountaintop hot spring.

The facilities are new, clean and tidy. There were some problems when checking in, but the store responded and handled them quickly and in an orderly manner. It is very close to the hot springs and bamboo sea attractions, within a 10-minute walk. There were many guests at breakfast on Sunday morning and the store was very busy, but everyone was in a stable mood and provided thoughtful and orderly service, which is worth learning for me, a grumpy worker. There are two parking locations, one of which is relatively far away. Overall, this homestay is really cost-effective, and I will stay here again!

The hotel has several buildings. I booked the wrong room by myself. I reported this to the front desk when I checked in. Zhao Zhuhua from the front desk immediately helped me change the room and specifically informed me that parking, swimming, fitness and breakfast were all free of charge. The large bathtub in the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. I specially went to see its gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool was very advanced. Fruits and yogurt were also delivered in the evening, which was a very good experience.

Pet friendly, great, beautiful, clean, good location, and upgraded the room for us. A push door is the lawn. My dog also likes it very much! Breakfast is also delicious, recommended

The lobby is also open to floor heating, the boss is atmospheric, we set off in Suzhou and the boss said that we will arrive late at night, did not expect the boss to wait for us, and helped us turn on the floor heating and air conditioning in our room, the hot spring water in the room helped us put it, the hot spring water is very hot, the service is really super good; I brought my own red wine, and the boss helped provide beautiful red wine glasses. First of all, the products used in the room look tall. If you don’t soak in the hot spring, the shower room has a lot of space and the experience is good. The bedding shows that the boss is very careful. There is no need to worry about the smell of the room. The room also sent small fruits and coffee. His breakfast is free, and you don’t have to worry about oversleep. Just talk to the front desk. Every breakfast has milk eggs. I like white porridge with mustard. The outdoor environment in the public area is very comfortable. At night, there are many tourists who buy fireworks and can watch the fireworks while sitting on the bed. Haha, the entire hotel structure and decoration design are full of sense. The room is also very clean. Parking is easy and free. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Yusui Hot Spring. There are restaurants and supermarkets within the week, which is very convenient.

The hotel is right next to Tianmu Hot Spring. I stayed here with my parents and kids for two days during the May Day holiday. The hotel gave 2 hot spring tickets per room per night, a total of 8 tickets, and we soaked in the hot spring for two consecutive days. Good reviews! Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. It was not full during the May Day holiday. It was very large. When checking out, the front desk gave the kid a teddy bear and a souvenir.
