Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir. Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

I should have stocked up on a few more room coupons, ugh. . . I saw several public accounts recommending Ctrip’s package for 999 for 2 nights, but there were a lot of bad reviews on Ctrip. It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. When I was still thinking about buying it, I found that Ctrip had taken it off the shelves and only sold a few dozen copies. It was not very popular. Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing] The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try. The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The room is large and clean, and the location is very convenient, just a minute's walk from the entrance to the scenic area. We also gave away tickets to Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I would especially like to praise the housekeeper Yang Yan, who provided all kinds of information and help from the moment I booked the room. Her service was very warm and thoughtful, and she helped us think very carefully. This is the hotel we will definitely choose when we come to Tianmu Lake next time!

The Quchanli Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Liyang offers a tranquil and beautiful setting, and the service provided by our butler, Xiao Tao, was truly impressive. Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!

Traveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.

Service: I went to Tianmu Lake with my friends by chance and booked a hotel. The night before check-in, we received a call from the hotel service lady Xiao Lei, informing us that the hotel had a water pipe burst. In order not to affect our travel itinerary, we were upgraded to a mountain view room in another hotel! Thank you very much for the help of hotel service Xiaolei! The upgraded hotel breakfast buffet is delicious🤭

I was really satisfied. I came with my parents and saw the lovely giant panda house with a sweeping view of the bamboo forest. The floor-to-ceiling windows really gave me a peaceful feeling of living in the forest. The stay was also great. The boss was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious~~ It's very close to hot springs and attractions, about a 5-minute walk.
