"Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive."

The breakfast was awesome, with large selections of pastries, beverages, local and international cuisine. Service was at the top notch, particularly the housekeeper and restaurant staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I booked the Bird Nest dinner for birthday celebration. Despite cancelled due to weather, the restaurant staff arranged us at a private dining area and offered excellent hospitality. Thank you and we hope to return again."

"My stay was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with Ao Nang Beach just a 5–10 minute walk away. Essential amenities are also nearby, including a 7-Eleven and a 100 Baht Shop, both within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and halal restaurants are easily accessible on foot. If you prefer to dine in, food delivery through the Grab app is also readily available. The service was truly top-notch. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome drink upon check-in after our journey from the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Krabi."

Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt. Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean. If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner. We would like to stay there much more longer because it’s quiet and beautiful hotel in the cradle of nature."
