GGuest UserWas given the beachfront unit next to the resort’s restaurant and just in front of the dining area.
1) IMPORTANT
- I had booked the room under Palm Resort Krabi. However the driver and myself could not locate the resort as there was no signage! I realised later that Palm Resort was also Bliss Resort as they both shared the same address. It seems that the beachfront units are booked under Palm Resort, while the non-beachfront units are booked under Bliss Resort.
2) WHAT’S GOOD
- Room is clean.
- The bed is big and comfortable. There’s also a day sofa which is good for sleeping.
- The bathroom has an attached dressing room.
- Useful amenities such as a safe, fridge, hairdryer, beach bag for a day out, mineral water, drink sachets, toiletries, plenty of power points.
- Spacious verandah with lounge chairs. Great for lounging and enjoying the night.
- I also enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves as I laid in bed at night as the seawater is just a few metres away when it’s high tide.
- Many restaurants and convenience stores around the area!
3) NOT SO GOOD
- The dining area is just in front of the unit so you can might hear some muffled conversations and music. But it wasn’t too bad.
- There are gaps around the wooden framed glass doors and a few mosquitoes can get in. Come prepared with a repellent plug-in for the room. The resort staff will also provide a spray if you ask.
- The bed is directly opposite the doors, so you have to keep the curtains drawn fully.

FFloria SThe place is cute, very good location, the lady from the desk was a cherry ! Very adorable! They got little breakfast area and a safe vibe. The only issue is that at last floor the bathroom areas weren’t too clean and they must announce you at least that one of the showers don’t work on hot water.. all my days there I washed myself like military with cold water and in last day a girl said to just use another shower because the other ones had hot water! I almost got sick.. :(

IIlvaplevoirThe hotel’s location is very strategic. It is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, which is great, and it is close to a street with several halal street food options at night, all very good and reasonably priced. There is also a 7-Eleven just two minutes away and a currency exchange right in front of the hotel, so in terms of location, it could hardly be better.
The room, although quite outdated, serves its purpose. The television is extremely small, and the overall decor feels old. The bathroom, in particular, could benefit from some renovations, especially the ceiling and the door.
Overall, the service is okay and the hotel meets basic expectations, especially considering its convenient location
AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, most things were good for the price I paid. The room was comfortable with beautiful view andthe facilities were decent, so it offers reasonable value.
Unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one staff member. I had to approach the same staff member three separate times for reasonable requests — a hairdryer (which was not in the room), swimming towels, and a room key issue. I was okay to go to the reception and ask for these, but by the third time i approached the staff she sighed when she saw me and seemed irritated. When I told her the key didn’t seem to work, she dismissed my concern, saying it was working. She then helped me open the door. The room door was unusual — I had to be shown that I needed to pull the knob before opening it, which was not intuitive at all but when I thanked her, she just walked away as if I should have known how to open it, which felt unprofessional and rude.
AAlex_mNice place to stay. Clean and comfortable enough. Reasonable price.
The room has a table if you need to use a laptop.
There is also a cafe on the first floor, so you can have breakfast right here (starting at 7.30 am).

WWanderingIrEhSThe location was central at Ao Nang town centre area. But taxi drivers would usually get confused as there’s another place called J mansion which is different from J hotel. It’s a small place but decent to sleep or stay at for a few days in Ao Nang. The place is somehow clean but still needs improvement.
The pro though was they have upgraded our room to a king bed. It was somehow comfortable & clean, the room was also spacious enough. So grateful for that.
Downside was there’s no view from the room & no elevators, only stairs & there were no male staff to help us lift our luggage to the room. They were also strict with the check-out time. Staff need to smile more and be more friendlier to tourists though.
Good thing there’s a laundry service for a fee. And hotel is too close to the shops and restaurants, tours, etc., only walking distance. Hotel also offers their own tours but we book our tours already elsewhere for a good discount.
Overall, if you’re on a budget, I think this place is somehow okay to stay with for a few days in Ao Nang.
AAnonymous UserNear many places in Krabi town. It takes 30 minutes to get to Ao Nang, but it's easy if you have a motorcycle. The hotel can assist you with rental if needed. The receptionist is very helpful. The owner should commend Mr. King for his excellent service.

Aaya tavorFirst of all the picture of the beach is a COMPLETE SCAM, the place doesn’t look like this, must be a pic from maybe 20 years ago when phi phi was still not famous, their beach is packed with speed boats full with tourists, there’s no space to swim and it’s so loud and chaotic, not a place to chill or relax. They assigned me a room with not working AC after complaining 2 times they changed my room then AC worked great. Poor WiFi. At night when finally all the tourists and boats leave the beach, they start building huts so there’s not a second of calm or quietness
I would never ever booked this hotel if i knew the picture is fake, their beach DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT!

MMustafachelikWe had such a fantastic stay at Hasna Palace! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.
The room itself was spacious, super clean, and had a lovely little balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a hot day exploring!
One of the highlights was the amazing on-site restaurant and the proximity to other local halal food spots, which was a huge plus for us. The location is great, tucked away enough to be peaceful but still an easy walk or quick tuk-tuk ride to the main Ao Nang beach and all the shops and restaurants.
Seriously, for the price, you can't beat the value and genuine hospitality here. Highly, highly recommend Hasna Palace to anyone visiting Krabi! We'll definitely be back!
Aaunt anneTitle: A Pleasant Stay at Aonang Village Resort, Krabi
My recent stay at Aonang Village Resort in Krabi, Thailand, was overall satisfactory. The hotel boasts a convenient location in the heart of Aonang, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
The room provided was clean and adequately furnished, although it lacked some modern touches that I've come to expect from hotels in this price range. However, it was spacious enough and provided a comfortable environment for rest and relaxation.
The hotel's facilities, including the pool area and on-site restaurant, were decent. While not particularly luxurious, they served their purpose adequately. The pool was clean and refreshing, . The restaurant offered a decent selection of dishes, though the quality was somewhat inconsistent.
The staff at Aonang Village Hotel were friendly and helpful, albeit not overly attentive. While they were always polite and willing to assist with any inquiries, I didn't experience the level of personalized service that I've encountered at other hotels.
In terms of value for money, Aonang Village Hotel offers a reasonable option for accommodation in Krabi. While it may not be the most luxurious or extravagant choice, it provides a comfortable stay at a relatively affordable price point.
Overall, my experience at Aonang Village Hotel was positive. While it may not have been a standout or exceptional stay, it provided a pleasant base for exploring the beautiful region of Krabi. If you're looking for a no-frills accommodation option with a convenient location, Aonang Village Hotel could be worth considering.
