SSimonAsiaI stayed at this resort for seven days and it far exceeded my expectations. Besides the comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, incredible pool and dining options, what makes this hotel really special is the people who work here. They are the friendliest , kindest and most thoughtful and service-oriented staff I have encountered at the many hotels I have stayed at across Thailand. They go out go their way to make you feel special and not just a number. Just to name a few of the people who made my stay here incredible are Lucho, Ice , Far, Cream, Boy and Yoy. Everyone who works here is an asset to this business. I will recommend this resort to others and I will visit again. Thank you.

MM531812****The decor and scenery at the hotel are absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Initially, we were given a room where there was renovation work happening downstairs, and being on a lower floor, it was quite damp. After we reported it, they quickly moved us to another room. The restaurant food is genuinely delicious; we never had a bad dish. The coconut jelly and ice cream are particularly outstanding! My husband is allergic to cilantro in seafood sauce, and the restaurant staff promptly remade the dish for us (Nicky Su Tar Play, the four of them were truly friendly and enthusiastic). I really wish there were direct flights from China to Krabi; it's definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff. They have a pick-up that takes you to and from the beach for free, although you can take a walk through the market and the shops (30 minutes slowly). The cabins are spacious, cozy and very well acclimatized. I would repeat without hesitation.

GGuest UserI love this place, and I really want to return. I probably will because the people at the resort and helpful and kind. The room, however, was really dirty this time. The couch was covered with what looked like oil stains. We wouldn’t sit on it and requested new couch pillows because they were stained too. I thought they would clean the couch but that never happened. This is my second time here because I love how out of the way it is. The view is wonderful and the private pool is special. The shower was clean but the shower head and hand held shower wand needed some serious cleaning. I almost went to the hardware store myself to get replacements. It would not be much money to fix these things. We also only got some of our towels and I had to call down for more after the room was cleaned. Attention to detail for these kinds of things is really important. Again, I will likely come back, but I hope they can get provide a cleaner room next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Ao Nang beach, though it is a bit further from other areas. Breakfast was generally okay and met our basic expectations. On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, breakfast became quite busy around 10:00am (with service ending at 10:30am), and many items had already run out and were not refreshed. We were kindly upgraded to a “sea view” room, which mainly overlooked the pool. While this was appreciated, we would have personally preferred the cliff view room we had originally booked. We also experienced a small issue with the room, as we noticed some hair and blue stains on the sheets when we returned, which was a little disappointing. Additionally, the hotel has a very strict no-smoking policy, which was stronger than we have experienced elsewhere in Thailand, including at higher-end properties. There are no ashtrays provided on balconies, and signage on the balcony door states that guests must use the designated smoking area on the ground floor or face a fine. While we respect the policy, we feel this should be stated more clearly at the time of booking and reflected in the hotel’s advertising so guests are fully aware in advance. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is room for improvement.

LLaurenSimpThis is a nice clean hotel, with a lovely pool and decent buffet breakfast. We had a pool view room that was spacious enough for our 4 nights stay. It is roughly a 20min walk down to Ao Nang beach but grabs and local tuk tuks are available.

YYY301Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay.

I along with my wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. This hotel served a great experience to my family. They liked it very much. The hotel provides neat and clean, spacious room with all amnities. There have been a nice swimming pool, which is favoured by my daughter, complimentary buffet breakfast and item variations also great, location is also great very close to the Ao nang beach.Staffs are very polite, supportive and tourist oriented. There is a kids playroom also.

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay
