Luxury Hotels in Krabi Town

"Krabi's Phulay Bay beach offers the most stunning sunsets and evening glows. You can enjoy exquisite dining while watching the sunset here. I highly recommend Sritrang, a Michelin-starred Thai restaurant, for its unique cooking style. The pool bar also serves excellent drinks and light meals, and Lealay Seafood Restaurant boasts incredibly fresh and refined ingredients. Breakfast is fantastic too, with a semi-buffet and delicious coffee and champagne. We booked a Sea View Pavilion on the second floor, above the Hidden Garden. Each compound typically has four villas. Our room was spacious with very high ceilings, and the bathroom ceiling had petal-shaped glass, allowing you to see the sky. The room came equipped with flip-flops, a woven bag, a straw hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and aloe vera gel. However, I'd suggest bringing your own high-SPF sunscreen. My only minor gripes were that the bed was a bit too large, making it inconvenient to get out from only one side, and there were simply too many mosquitoes – I got two swollen bites every day. Our butler, Maya, was a lovely girl – very attentive and patient. She was excellent at driving the buggy, always available on call, and communicated seamlessly via WeChat for dining reservations and activity bookings, always ready to translate. Every morning at 9 AM, a boat departs for Hong Island. You can reserve with your butler the day before, using the room's woven bag and straw hat. The boat crew provides snorkeling gear, but honestly, the snorkeling at Hong Island beach was terrible. Visibility was very poor, and I only saw five-striped damselfish. Personally, I don't think snorkeling there is worth it. However, the 360-degree viewpoint on Hong Island is absolutely fantastic – you must climb to the top for the incredible views! You can also arrange with your butler for a car to visit a nearby 7-Eleven for any small items you might need. In conclusion, despite the long journey and requiring a transfer in Bangkok, it's definitely worth the trip."

"The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the beach is incredible! The forest environment is very tranquil; I got lost every day, and there were even cute lemurs~ The room was also excellent, very spacious and tidy, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The hotel service was also great, with plenty of activities, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. The hotel's cave restaurant and Thai restaurant were surprisingly delicious, and combined with the scenic views, it offered fantastic value for money! The only issue is that the round-trip transportation costs extra and is quite expensive, but I still absolutely love this hotel and would definitely come back if I get the chance."

"This hotel on Phi Phi Island was a fantastic stay overall. Each room is a standalone bungalow, and many have been recently renovated, giving them a fresh and stylish look that I really appreciated. With two beachfront pools, it truly feels like a perfect vacation getaway. I'd recommend staying for at least two nights, as getting here can be a bit of a journey – first a bus to the pier, then a speedboat for about 1.2 hours, which can be a bit of a hassle. So, definitely plan for a longer stay to make it worthwhile. The hotel is surrounded by a small village, making it convenient for dining and renting longtail boats. What's great is that it's not overly commercialized like Tonsai Pier; it has a wonderful secluded vibe, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I'd even say it's a great alternative to The Racha on Racha Island, which might be a bit pricier due to its closer proximity."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations, from the moment I checked in until I left, it was a comfortable and thoughtful experience all the way through. What surprised me most was that the hotel upgraded my room type for free without prior announcement. Opening the door to a more spacious room with a better view was both a delightful surprise and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were gentle and polite throughout, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The environment was meticulously clean, and the amenities were complete and functional. The service was unobtrusive yet perfectly executed, understated and genuinely good. The complimentary hotel car service was superb. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip, highly recommend it!"

"The location is great, just steps from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a massage parlor, a bar, and dining options. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many Caucasian and Indian guests during my stay. The massage parlor was excellent, with private rooms and comfortable techniques."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good."

"This was the best travel experience of my trip! Everything was seamless, from emailing to book restaurants and arrange airport pick-up, to the check-in process itself. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. They even offered a complimentary car ride to the hotel next door the following day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was absolutely impeccable, with a beautiful wooden aesthetic. Given the natural environment, there tend to be more mosquitoes, but they thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent on the first day. As for the restaurants, I dined at The Arundina Restaurant for both meals. The staff there were so enthusiastic and even offered to take photos for me. One young lady with big eyes particularly stood out; I regret not getting her name. Dining while watching the sunset was simply divine! The hotel also offers many activities, most of which are free to join, including island-hopping tours. All in all, this was a perfect trip, and I'll definitely be back in Krabi next time. -Sonia"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean. All staff were very helpful and so nice. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pool at the side of our room. I Would highly recommend the breakfast it was gorgeous with plenty of choice. You order your breakfast on your phone and they cook it fresh for you. There will a a children’s room that contains some toys that will keep your little ones happy. The pool was lovely and there were enough subbed for everyone. It is in an ideal location near to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotwl. There will a a little restaurant a ross from the hotel as you start walking down to the beach called Spice House. The food is gorgeous. We had pizzas, naan bread and curry and the price was really good and cheaper than the hotel. We will definitely return if we ever come back to Krabi."

"Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive."

"The room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the hotel's private beach – it was clean, not crowded, and felt very safe, with excellent facilities. I really enjoyed my time here; the staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Definitely worth another visit!"
