From the very first moments, you feel the high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and carefree. Genuine smiles, attention to detail, and care in every interaction – this is what creates a true sense of hospitality. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and harmonious: well-maintained grounds, stylish architecture, and an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion. They've managed to preserve the feeling of a tropical island while adding modern comfort and aesthetics. The restaurant deserves special mention. The service was superb – professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Every visit left nothing but positive impressions. The breakfasts were magnificent: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, excellent quality dishes, and very beautiful presentation. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good.

The facilities in all aspects were great, and the kids had a wonderful time in the pool. The hotel isn't located directly on the main road, but it's only a short walk to the bustling area, so it offers a quiet space. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit damp, but the hotel provided a dehumidifier, which helped somewhat.

We stayed for just one night while visiting my in-laws. We were looking for a hotel with a good pool area for the kids, and it definitely met our expectations. We arrived around 8 p.m., and the lobby was quite busy with guests heading out for dinner. Even so, check-in was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist personally escorted us to our room, especially considering how busy the front desk was at the time. The staff were kind and immediately connected with the kids, which made us feel very welcome. The room was the first real “wow” moment of the stay. It was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely mountain view. The next day, the kids spent most of their time at the pool. The pool staff were especially friendly and helpful. The water was a little cold because of the rain the night before, and it was quite windy, but that didn’t stop the kids from having a great time. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The bell staff even took the time to ask about our trip and chat with guests, which was a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place at a reasonable price. The location is also excellent, with plenty of local food options nearby.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the hotel's private beach – it was clean, not crowded, and felt very safe, with excellent facilities. I really enjoyed my time here; the staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Definitely worth another visit!

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

A nice, cozy boutique-style hotel with an overall positive impression. Breakfast offers a modest selection, but everything is tasty and well-prepared. The on-site restaurant also delivers — the food is genuinely good. A nice bonus is having a Starbucks right on the property. The main downside is the location: the hotel is somewhat far from the town center and nearest shops, which can be inconvenient if you need to run errands or explore locally. A pleasant stay overall. A good choice if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable hotel and don’t mind being a bit away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to families. The resort is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that children can enjoy. The kids' pool was one of the highlights of our trip—it was well-designed, clean, and provided hours of fun for the little ones. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail evident throughout the property. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is truly impressive; I've stayed here four times now, and whenever I visit Krabi, this is my go-to choice. It's right by the beach, offers great privacy, and is surrounded by mountains. The staff provide excellent service, and honestly, everything about this place is just fantastic.

The resort has a spacious room, which is a plus, though the furniture is quite old. Bathroom amenities were basic, and hair conditioner was not provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste were also not replenished daily. There were many mosquitoes around the resort, and breakfast was standard. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., and a slightly longer timing would be appreciated. We noticed ants on some tables in the breakfast area, possibly due to the wooden furniture. One highlight was the wide selection of beverages available at breakfast.
