"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"This hotel is convenient for a layover. It's next to the Central shopping center, about a 7-minute taxi ride away. We booked a room with a pool view but ended up with a view of the parking lot, and in the morning, it turned out to be a construction site, which was a shame since we wanted to sleep in. The pool is clean and open late. I wish they provided disposable toothbrushes."

"This is our second visit to Ban Sainai resort Krabhi, first visit was in 2016.. I can say the experience got better.. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Krabi. We booked a pond-facing deluxe room, and the views were simply stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, a peaceful pond, and dramatic limestone cliffs that truly make this place special. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. What stood out the most was the front office team — always smiling, warm, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality really made us feel welcomed throughout the stay. The location is great — tucked away in nature for peace and relaxation, yet still convenient to reach places like Ao Nang Beach with the resort’s very convenient shuttle service. Breakfast was awesome, with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which is honestly one of the best we’ve experienced — very scenic and perfectly maintained. Overall, this is one of the best nature resorts we’ve stayed at. Perfect for couples and anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very nice overall, and the breakfast area is especially beautiful, set right in front of the sea, which makes for a really relaxing start to the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location and layout. The hotel stretches across the width of the island, with access on both sides, so you can easily reach the port on one side and Railay Beach on the other. This makes getting around very convenient. The rooms were in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a well-located hotel."

"If you're looking for a quiet stay, avoid this hotel. The front desk service and public areas were nice, but the room itself was a disaster from facilities to cleanliness to soundproofing. I don't know what percentage of rooms have connecting doors, but the thin wooden doors offer absolutely no sound insulation. You can hear every word spoken at a normal volume from the next room. The wall insulation is also terrible, leading to being kept awake until 3 or 4 AM nightly by parties next door, only to be woken up again around 7 AM by laughter from the room with the connecting door. The shower has a bench underneath it, but the water pressure is so low that the water barely reaches past the bench. For those who don't like sitting while showering, you have to awkwardly lean into the bench, which is very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was rusty, hot, weak, and felt like it could scratch you. There were remnants from a previous guest on the toilet, the comforter had noticeable stains, and housekeeping didn't replenish amenities like toothpaste, so we had to call room service for them every day."

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"Came to Krabi for Chinese New Year and stumbled upon this hotel. Turned out to be a fantastic find! (Though the price wasn't cheap, the overall experience was great, so it was worth it). The room on the third floor was quite spacious with a separate shower and toilet. My son absolutely loved the pool right outside – he could jump in anytime without even leaving the room. The hotel's overall decor has a unique Egyptian terracotta style, which makes for some great photos. The semi-buffet breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of Chinese and Western options. Ordering by scanning a QR code reduced waiting times, which felt more comfortable than self-service. Overall, highly recommended and worth a stay!"

"Stayed at Infinity Ao Nang recently and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly clean, with a really relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind straight away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed after long days exploring Krabi. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay — always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. The pool area was excellent, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt peaceful while still being close enough to all the restaurants, bars, and beach areas in Ao Nang. Breakfast had a good variety each morning and everything felt fresh and well organised. The location was also ideal — close enough to everything without being noisy or overcrowded. Overall, Infinity Ao Nang exceeded expectations and offered amazing value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ao Nang looking for a modern, comfortable, and relaxing hotel experience."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing. Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day. You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel. Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!"
