"Found the hotel due to its location on I75 and needed an overnight stop on a roadtrip. Wow, what a find! The staff are amazing- so helpful and engaging. It’s clear they are proud of their work in hospitality (rightfully so.) Whatever the management is doing, it is magic."
"On a college football weekend where the hotel was sold out on the night before the hotel staff did an amazing job of getting me into my room before noon. Room was clean & comfortable. Slept well! Good breakfast and all the staff were helpful."
"The hotel is clean and tidy, a five minute walk from the University of Tennessee. Fifteen minutes walk from the town center. Very nice hotel. The breakfast on the first floor was good and the price was not expensive."
"The only issue was the deadbolt would not work. Everything else was good. Breakfast was typical waffles eggs sausage links juice bagels etc. Would stay again if in the area."

9.1/10
Great
LLIHONGNot bad, stayed several times and overall was quite satisfied. Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel. The main thing is that the price is not too high, and business trips and tourism are acceptable.
CCarawayHighly recommend. The room wasn’t big but it was just my friend and I so we were very comfortable. Very clean. The people at the reception desk were friendly, helpful, and respectful. The housekeeper I ran into was very nice. 10/10. If you’re staying in Knoxville I highly recommend staying here great experience.
LLilihaohaoThe location is very good, next to the 1982 Knoxville World Expo site. It is very comfortable to walk around the park. Not far away is the beautiful University of Tennessee...
PPhillipsThis hotel had everything. It was in a great location, the people were friendly, had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the room was perfect. Definitely a good choice if you’re staying in this area.
GGuest UserIt is good overall.
It is just the room is a bit cramped and the bathroom is small in the corner.

Front desk is good
Amenities is good
GGuest UserNot a great experience.
1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all, new.
2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned.
went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda.
3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser.
4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky.
5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service.
6) Beds were extremely comfortable.
7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
KKrisxx313I have been a daily customer for about a month now while i have some personal things going on. I’ve had no issues thus far and have always considered Microtel my first choice as a room especially if one is on a budget. The staff have been been here for years and are very kind. It’s a safe and conveniently located hotel, breakfast in the morning, sometimes early check in as long as you just call and ask ahead of time it’s usually fine, comfy sheets and bed, the cleaning staff does an excellent job and are very nice.
GGuest UserA lot of noise and kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night makes it hard to get any rest. The previous night some questionable people were up all night long and being loud on the other end of the hall. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the person next door is doing. Breakfast was not good. No juice just milk and coffee and cereal and a few little muffins 👎🏻 Do not recommend.
