The best thing I can say about this place is that I wasn’t murdered in my sleep. It smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy, there were no amenities—no shampoo, conditioner, no coffee maker, no utensils in the kitchenette, and the tv remote didn’t work.

My stay here has been for the last 4 months straight because I love this place so much. The rooms are clean The staff members are very very dedicated to resolving any issues and to making sure that you are treated with respect and happy and satisfied with your service. Anytime I've had issues Sam or any of the other stuff have acted very promptly about helping me and I really really love this place that's why I've stayed here for so long and I could probably find cheaper housing somewhere else but I like it here so much that I'm willing to pay the extra fees

I stayed on the first floor because I have service animals staying with me and the room was very noisy. The ad says “spacious rooms”, but it was so cramped that I couldn’t get around very easily with my service animals also moving around. There was an inch of daylight and cold air coming in under the door. There was no way to darken the room or to sufficiently muffle the sound. I ended up using a towel from the bathroom to try to plug the gap under the door to at least muffle some of the sound from outside. The bathroom floor had dry cracked mud at the foot of the toilet. The ad also says it includes breakfast, but the desk clerk said that means they have coffee available and we can make breakfast in our room at the kitchenette area if we stock our own groceries. This was deceptively disappointing.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly when we checked in. It is located in an area with restaurants and is conveniently located not far deli downtown. The room was quiet and we liked the recliner chair to watch tv. We would stay here again.

Stayed here overnight while traveling I40., got a great price for a last minute reservation. Courteous and respectful desk person. Stayed in a Jr Suite (recently renovated according to the gentleman at the desk). Bed was comfy, suite was very clean. Had kitchenette with everything you would need for a longer stay. Area appeared safe, saw no scary characters at 10 pm. Breakfast is granola bars, fruit and coffee, but lots of places to grab hot food off of the interstate. Would recommend

Everything was super functional and would give you the opportunity to keep food and cook if that's what you were looking for or just give you a place to crash if that's what you were looking for. The parking situation was a bit constrained but not terrible.

DIRTY!! The room reeked of ****! Our room was disgusting! Roaches alive and smooshed everywhere! Stains all over the bed. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Sam, he offered the show us another. When we brought it to his attention that the new room was just as dirty as the old room he told us he did not see it as a problem. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
