Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville/North I-75

Very comfortable and clean setup. Easy access to highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet external Environment. Had very good rest

Found the hotel due to its location on I75 and needed an overnight stop on a roadtrip. Wow, what a find! The staff are amazing- so helpful and engaging. It’s clear they are proud of their work in hospitality (rightfully so.) Whatever the management is doing, it is magic.

I would have given a 5 star on this review, but the check in process was not a good experience. I had to argue with the check-in clerk, randy about my Honors reward. He was most unfriendly and I had to insist that I should get two bottles of water. The property was exceptional so when and if we ever return hopefully the front desk check in staff will be gone.

This was a good stop for a cross-country family drive. The room was clean and comfortable. They had an indoor pool for the kids and a dog run outside for the pup. Hampton Inn is our go-to for a quick night stay, and this location did not disappoint.

We always stay at Hilton properties, but we have decided that needs to change. The breakfasts are nasty - lowest grade food, polyester eggs from a carton, stale unbranded breads, pastries and bagels. We have tried everything, and it is always “one bite and into the trash”. Hampton Innes need to stop serving breakfasts! They also need to replace their dangerous cast iron slippery-as-heck shower/bath combos and upgrade to safer full shower units. If you want to shower, you have to step over and into their bathtubs and the bottom is SO slippery you have to shower whilst always grasping the safety bar. Treacherous way to shower! Staff was ok at check in.

We stopped here on our way home from a long trip. The room was warm and you could only change the temperature within the range set by management. I woke up several times during the night because I was so warm. I'm used to sleeping with the AC at 68 and I could not get it close to that! The beds were not comfortable at all. On the good side the water pressure for the shower was great and the breakfast eggs and sausage were delicious. They did not taste like powdered eggs that you usually get at other hotels.

This is an absolutely superb Hampton Inn! This is a cut above the typical Hampton. Breakfast was more extensive, and their coffee was superb! When my wife asked about it, they said that they purposely don’t cut corners and add more packets of coffee per brew to make it stronger. They also had cookies available in the evening, something that you just don’t see anymore. They also had an iced tea dispenser. Then, when you add that the staff was very friendly, this Hampton is a showpiece!

Slept great! Location was close to UT! Staff was friendly and Randy was our first contact! Breakfast was good! Lots of choices!

We’ve stopped at this location a number of times now on our way to and from son’s college. It’s super pet-friendly. The breakfasted area is a large high-ceiling space. Staff is always super helpful. Highly recommend!
