A lot of noise and kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night makes it hard to get any rest. The previous night some questionable people were up all night long and being loud on the other end of the hall. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the person next door is doing. Breakfast was not good. No juice just milk and coffee and cereal and a few little muffins 👎🏻 Do not recommend.

Nasty, dirty motel. The floors were gross and very dirty. The shower faucet was about ready to break off. Big gap at the bottom of the door. Bring your own towels because their towels were gray instead of white and not something I wanted to use. Ended up skipping the shower.

Reserved room online, pre-paid for entire stay. Called ahead of time bc we were gonna be past the check in time and let them know when we was going to be there. They said it was no problem and said they left a note. Got there to check in, they had no available rooms even though we prepaid. Had to give us a king size one bed room when we reserved 2 queen beds. Staff was very rude about it as well and not at all apologetic. Will not be staying here again.

1. They sold are room. Did not honor reservation. They did let me wait for an hour while they cleaned a room and demanded cash payment. 2. Everything in this hotel is shop worn and worn out. It is am embarrassment to stay at.

The room was very clean, brand new bathroom, staff was very attentive. Great option for the price especially on game day weekend. Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep.
