"Overall, it was decent, but some of the facilities are a bit old. The first key card they gave me didn't work, so I had to go back down to get it replaced. The sink had a crack running through it, which looked like it had been broken for quite a while. The location is good though, right above the Drum Tower Night Market, so it's super convenient for food."

The staff's service was excellent, and the entire hotel was spotless (I saw all the staff diligently working and cleaning, and in the morning, there was even someone cleaning the hallway carpets!). "Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"The hotel is located in a busy area, so it was a bit noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The room was quite small, and the breakfast selection was limited. Check-in was incredibly slow, and the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming. On the positive side, the room was very clean."

"The hotel's location is quite good, with convenient transportation, and it's not far from several famous attractions like Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Kaifeng Mansion, and Bao Zheng Temple. Iron Pagoda Park and Longting Park are also relatively concentrated nearby. Unlike the other two hotels we stayed at in Zhengzhou and Luoyang, this hotel in Kaifeng's breakfast restaurant isn't exclusive to guests; it's also open to the public. As a result, the breakfast area can be quite crowded and chaotic, sometimes leading to a shortage of certain breakfast items, and the quality could definitely be improved. On the evening of the 26th, an unpleasant incident occurred at the hotel's Caiyuexuan Chinese restaurant during dinner. We ordered one serving of Songcheng Soup Dumplings (six pieces) for 18 RMB, but the bill incorrectly showed 2**2 RMB. When we pointed this out, the manager on duty, Mr./Ms. [name], admitted the mistake and offered to re-calculate the bill. However, the recalculation removed a discount, so the final price ended up being the same. We hope the restaurant operates with more integrity in the future and doesn't just focus on small profits at the expense of customer trust."

"The hotel's design is quite unique, the environment is good, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk service is attentive. The only downside is that parking isn't very convenient. The nearby attractions aren't too far, and there's a 'Good Morning' breakfast place behind the hotel that's highly recommended!"
