I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

This time I visited Kaifeng City and stayed at the Qiqi Hotel. She is very good at service. She answers all questions with a smile. I booked three rooms and they gave me a floor on the first floor. GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty nice! The landlady is a nice woman, we used weixin to communicate, there were no problems with it. The room itself is absolutely the same as it is at the photo. It was cold from the very beginning but the air conditioning worked properly and made the room very warm in 30 mins. The street where the hotel is located looks like a quiet Chinese suburbs, don’t afraid of nose, there is absolutely no noise there. It’s near the Henan University and Gulou street. We recommend this place!
