Our B&B required a 12 PM check-out, but our train/bus wasn't until 5 PM, so our family decided to book a day-use room at a hotel. The hotel is quite new, and they offer complimentary coffee and fruit tea in the lobby. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive; they didn't treat us any differently despite our short stay. Instead, they assigned us a very quiet room and even proactively asked if we needed extra key cards! I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the staff consistently greeted us warmly. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kaifeng, all thanks to this pleasant four-hour 'stopover.' Right next to the hotel is the Baiji Specialty Store, and if you walk a bit further, there's a Songyuan Soup Dumpling restaurant with absolutely delicious soup dumplings! Kaifeng Museum and Wanda Plaza are only 7-8 minutes away by e-scooter. The roads are wide, making shared electric bikes/scooters very convenient for getting around.

Located right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, it's incredibly convenient to get around; you can walk right there. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and value for money! The ambiance is exceptionally elegant, with plenty of greenery in the courtyard, perfect for taking great photos. The rooms are spacious, ideal for family trips, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Kaifeng!

The hotel front desk was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Xisi Night Market is right downstairs, but it's quieter than Gulou Night Market and Heda Night Market. It's about a 30-minute walk to Gulou and Qingyuan, so I recommend taking a tram. The Wi-Fi in my room, provided by Huazhu Hotels, was very poor and almost unusable. I had to manually connect to the TV's network, and once the TV was off, there was no internet. That's a definite downside. Also, the air conditioning took a long time to warm up; it wasn't instant. I stayed for two nights, and the auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which was great! 👍 All in all, for the 200 yuan price point, the value for money was pretty good.

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of Kaifeng. Super clean and looks beautiful everywhere. Service was excellent. The location left a little to be desired since it’s sort of in a hidden away area, but it never took long to get to any attractions nearby using a Taxi. Hotel amenities are good but this is a small place so it was the basics. Highly recommend if you want an elegant and quiet experience.

It saved a lot of walking, which is great for both tourists and business travelers. The value for money is exceptional among hotels in its category; the service, environment, and cleanliness all live up to the price, even exceeding expectations. I was extremely satisfied with this stay. I couldn't find a single fault with the service, cleanliness, environment, or location. It made for a truly reassuring and comfortable experience. I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation nearby – you absolutely won't be disappointed!

Hotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue). The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

Very satisfied with my stay at Kyriad Kaifeng! The hygiene was excellent, and the room was clean and bright. The service was enthusiastic, and the hotel's location is fantastic – within walking distance to Longting Park and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, which are the things I care about most when I travel!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a smile service throughout. The bathroom is dry and wet. Breakfast will be average, the room facilities are not good, not smart, the lights are manual, not a smart toilet, the toilet pad can not be used, fortunately we have it ourselves! There is no power socket at the kettle. We have a twin room, but there is one socket at the bedside, which cannot satisfy the two people at the same time. In the evening, I went back to the hotel and had white porridge. I sent a souvenir when I left the store.

I was drawn to this B&B by its name. The front desk staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. The 'little secretary' on WeChat was always quick to respond. The cleaning aunties were also very nice and polite. I stayed for 4 nights in total and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and hygienic, and the shower had great water pressure, which is a lifesaver for washing long hair! They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. 🎁
