"Loved My Stay at Atour Kaifeng—Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer! I only spent one night at Atour Hotel Kaifeng, but it left such a wonderful impression on me. If you’re visiting Kaifeng, this is a highly recommended place to stay, and here is why: The Location: It is exceptionally convenient and makes traveling around the city to explore different sights completely hassle-free. The Aesthetic: The hotel features a clean, minimalist design with a subtle Japanese-inspired style. It creates a very calming, peaceful, and cozy atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The Ultimate Highlight: Atour is famous for its comfort, and their premium bedding is next-level. "We traveled here with family for a business trip, staying two nights. The hotel was excellent value for money, and the photos matched the actual hotel perfectly. Firstly, it's conveniently located just one traffic light from the museum and about 2 kilometers from Wanda Plaza. The hotel is easy to find, not in the bustling city center, making it relatively quiet. There are road signs, and it has a private garage, suitable for those driving. The hotel owner seems to be quite particular; the interior decoration is detailed, featuring solid wood design, comfortable pillows, and a high-quality feel, showing no signs of being perfunctory. Most importantly, it was very clean; the housekeeping staff were very attentive. We encountered a fair-skinned cleaning lady who was warm and meticulous. It's worth mentioning that the copper hot pot in the hotel restaurant was truly delicious, with the signature lamb being fragrant but not greasy, and the side dishes crisp and refreshing. Additionally, I suggest adding fruit to the breakfast menu, regardless of the weather."

"An unexpectedly great stay! I didn't have high expectations for a guesthouse, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a family room. While the room's wooden decor made it look a bit dated, it was clean, all the facilities worked perfectly, and there were no strange odors. During our stay, the breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the quality and taste were excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided great service. The guesthouse is also conveniently located, just a five to six-minute walk from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the boat pier."

"1. There's an underground parking lot, which is very convenient if you're driving. There's no elevator, but the hotel staff will help with your luggage. 2. It's super convenient for visiting Qingyuan Garden; I specifically chose this hotel for its location. You can walk to the Qingyuan Welcome Gate in just a few minutes. 3. The room facilities are very new, and it's quite quiet at night, which is perfect for a light sleeper like me. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be if the shower water pressure was a bit stronger! 4. There's a Xingshengde restaurant nearby where you can eat, and the food is good. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also quite nice. 5. The service is exceptional; they are incredibly enthusiastic and respond quickly to any requests. Finally, the night tour of Qingyuan Garden was truly beautiful!"

Located right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, it's incredibly convenient to get around; you can walk right there. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and value for money! The ambiance is exceptionally elegant, with plenty of greenery in the courtyard, perfect for taking great photos. The rooms are spacious, ideal for family trips, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Kaifeng!

The room is carefully decorated, hygienic and clean, and the water supply and pressure are sufficient. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. Children sweat a lot in summer and hand-washed clothes dry very slowly. It is much more convenient to wash them quickly in the washing machine. The location is in the old city, convenient for going to scenic spots and convenient for eating nearby. The boss is warm and hospitable.

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

I accidentally booked 5 twin rooms, and to my surprise, upon arrival, I found each room had a king-size bed (1.8m) and a queen-size bed (1.5m), which could easily sleep four people. The room was clean and tidy, and the garden view outside the window was stunning. The villa area is just a 5-minute walk to the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden scenic spot, which was very convenient for us to rest after exploring and then head back out in the evening for the iron flower performance. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the restaurant they recommended had top-notch food at a reasonable price.

This rooftop hostel is definitely the best value for money in Kaifeng! Its main advantage is the location: right next to Gulou Night Market, surrounded by attractions, so transportation and finding food are absolutely no worries – perfect for travelers who love to explore on foot. As a newly built hostel, the cleanliness is top-notch. The rooms are simple yet cozy, bedding is clean and odor-free. There are plenty of showers and toilets, 24-hour hot water, and they even provide bath towels, toiletries, and drinking water – super thoughtful details. The common area is spacious and well-equipped, with billiards, a reading lounge, and separate male/female washing areas, which is a nice touch. The staff are always ready to answer questions and you can store your luggage for free. Students and backpackers, book this place without hesitation! You'll get a comfortable and convenient stay for a small price.

Overall: Excellent, my top choice for future stays in Kaifeng. Pros: To be specific, the environment and facilities absolutely blow other Kaifeng hotels out of the water. The design is very strong without sacrificing practicality. The suite's internal layout is quite reasonable. Breakfast felt pretty good, especially the dining environment. The high ceilings in the room were very comfortable, giving a sense of space, and the decor details were very high-end. Cons: The living room and bedroom in the suite face a low shrub wall, but there's also a path outside where people can walk, so privacy is a bit of an issue. If you don't close the curtains and someone happens to walk by, you're like a fish in a fishbowl. The welcome dessert platter was exquisite, but not tasty, and it was left in the room from check-in until check-out without being removed. The sliding closet door wouldn't close completely and would slowly slide open on its own (a bit eerie at night). There were also some hygiene issues, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel, and I'm confident they will improve. Despite a few issues, the hotel's environment, location, facilities, and service attitude are all superb. There's no reason for me not to choose it again. One of the hotel's entrances is right at the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and the other is at the Wansui Mountain entrance. Those visiting Kaifeng should definitely give it a try; I don't think you'll find a better option.

This homestay is really satisfied! The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the high-speed rail station and various attractions, and the travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the living was warm and comfortable, and there was no depression at all. The most plus point is that there is a big balcony on the second floor, which is especially convenient for drying clothes and is too friendly to people traveling. Downstairs is a snack street, breakfast is rich and delicious, one-stop for eating, drinking, living and traveling. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, the price is super high, come here to live here is definitely not stepping on the pit, highly recommended!

The location is near the Xisi Night Market, a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's convenient for dining, and Qingyuan Garden is less than ten minutes away by electric scooter. The front desk lady was very friendly and even checked on a package I was sending. I only discovered my headlight was broken on my first day. The rooms are separated by floors, with the girls' bathrooms on the third floor. The three squat toilets, three sinks, and two showers are all located together, which is quite convenient, though the shower door is a bit dingy. Slippers and towels are in the disinfection cabinet. The important thing! The living room where the reception desk is located is incredibly noisy at night. It can last until 2 a.m. without warning. Even with earplugs, they're not soundproof, and even after the front desk lady reminded me, the noise was still there. According to reviews, during peak season, they organize groups to play games and cook. If you're not worried about the noise, this is a good option.

The hotel was easy to find and had a free, secure parking lot. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered free luggage storage and helpful mailing services. The complimentary local snacks were a nice touch and tasted great. The laundry detergent in the laundry room was individually packaged, which was clean and convenient. Excellent value for money! There's a night market with snacks right outside, and it's not far from various attractions. Highly recommended!
