"The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, a perfect blend of sprawling green spaces and Song Dynasty-inspired architecture, making you feel like you've traveled through time. The facilities are brand new, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and responsive. On the afternoon of our check-in, Kaifeng experienced an unseasonal heavy downpour. The service staff remained very calm, and within minutes, a technician arrived to check the drainage. Later, I requested room cleaning, and they responded promptly, even bringing a fruit platter. All in all, the stay was an excellent experience, five-star recommended!"

"Traveled with my mom and stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted! It's conveniently located right across from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a three to four-minute walk away. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was comfortable, and most importantly, it was very quiet! While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, and every item was high-quality. The service was also excellent, with the staff being warm, attentive, and proactive in helping with our luggage. The hotel even offers complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and white fungus and red date soup, along with a tea room and a library."

"After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support."

A serendipitous discovery: this amazing guesthouse! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its enormous garden – the lush greenery was beautifully arranged, creating a tranquil oasis in the city. Every snapshot was a masterpiece of ambiance.
The living room furniture was incredibly stylish, both in terms of quality and aesthetics, with tasteful details throughout. The room featured a separate bathtub and a huge terrace; at night, watching the light and shadows play in the distance was pure bliss – I didn't want to leave!
Even more delightful was the butler's attentive service. His gentle and considerate approach made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. Located near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the Imperial River, the location is superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Guest UserThe room was very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a huge bonus – I felt like I could just stay in the hotel for days. It's only a three-minute walk to Qingming Shanghe Park, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch the drone show from the balcony at night. The staff were also incredibly friendly and patiently resolved all my issues promptly. Definitely worth staying here!

Guest UserThe room is carefully decorated, hygienic and clean, and the water supply and pressure are sufficient. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. Children sweat a lot in summer and hand-washed clothes dry very slowly. It is much more convenient to wash them quickly in the washing machine. The location is in the old city, convenient for going to scenic spots and convenient for eating nearby. The boss is warm and hospitable.

Located right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, it's incredibly convenient to get around; you can walk right there. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and value for money! The ambiance is exceptionally elegant, with plenty of greenery in the courtyard, perfect for taking great photos. The rooms are spacious, ideal for family trips, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Kaifeng!

Guest UserOverall, the hotel is quite good, definitely one of the better ones in Kaifeng. At night, when the lights come on, it looks very grand. From the balcony of our 7th-floor room, we had a fantastic view of Jinming Pool. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. The facilities are slightly dated, but only slightly, and it didn't affect our stay. For ordering food, a robot delivered it, which was very convenient. However, the only downside was the strong musty smell. You could smell it as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, and it was also present in the room, along with a high level of humidity. Everything else was fine.

The twin room felt like a tower with a dormer window. It was quite unique to be able to see the sky when I opened the curtains at night. The location is excellent, very close to Gulou, Xiangguo Temple, and Yanqing Temple, and not too far from Longting Park, making it very convenient for getting around. Gulou Night Market has lots of food and is very lively.

Overall: Excellent, my top choice for future stays in Kaifeng.
Pros:
To be specific, the environment and facilities absolutely blow other Kaifeng hotels out of the water. The design is very strong without sacrificing practicality. The suite's internal layout is quite reasonable. Breakfast felt pretty good, especially the dining environment. The high ceilings in the room were very comfortable, giving a sense of space, and the decor details were very high-end.
Cons:
The living room and bedroom in the suite face a low shrub wall, but there's also a path outside where people can walk, so privacy is a bit of an issue. If you don't close the curtains and someone happens to walk by, you're like a fish in a fishbowl. The welcome dessert platter was exquisite, but not tasty, and it was left in the room from check-in until check-out without being removed. The sliding closet door wouldn't close completely and would slowly slide open on its own (a bit eerie at night). There were also some hygiene issues, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel, and I'm confident they will improve.
Despite a few issues, the hotel's environment, location, facilities, and service attitude are all superb. There's no reason for me not to choose it again. One of the hotel's entrances is right at the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and the other is at the Wansui Mountain entrance. Those visiting Kaifeng should definitely give it a try; I don't think you'll find a better option.

This homestay is really satisfied! The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the high-speed rail station and various attractions, and the travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the living was warm and comfortable, and there was no depression at all. The most plus point is that there is a big balcony on the second floor, which is especially convenient for drying clothes and is too friendly to people traveling. Downstairs is a snack street, breakfast is rich and delicious, one-stop for eating, drinking, living and traveling. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, the price is super high, come here to live here is definitely not stepping on the pit, highly recommended!

Facilities: There's a separate women's restroom and shower on the third floor! The hot water is really hot too, so no worries if you're sensitive to cold.
Surroundings: Xisi Night Market is right outside, so you can just pop out and stroll around a couple of times to find something to eat. The environment is really nice.
Service: The front desk staff are super friendly and everyone is very welcoming. Plus, there are cats!
