The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly dedicated and responsible, providing excellent service, which I'd like to commend. The hotel also has parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. In the room, there's complimentary Haibi soda, which isn't a knock-off, but a genuine local Henan product, so feel free to enjoy it. It's delicious!"

"This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Kaifeng! The hotel grounds are as vast as a park, and they even offer a shuttle service to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The food is delicious and the portions are so generous you'll be stuffed. After exploring in the morning, we came back to the hotel and went for a swim after lunch. The pool was clean and hygienic, and there was even a dedicated massage pool. Our room had a huge balcony with picturesque views. The staff were all warm and genuine. My room faces the road so there's some road noise but it's not a major thoroughfare at night so it gets quiet after late night with some light honking occasionally. The room type I bought has lots of living room space which I like.

"The property is nestled in a very sweet and lovely neighbourhood in Kaifeng. There are really amazing food places just a short pace away and some of the attractions, such as Kaifengfu are pretty close. It is only a 5-10 minute drive from Kaifeng station and is fairly easy to locate. One of the nicest things about this hotel are the people running it. The couple is extremely sweet and kind, always welcoming and hospitable. With my limited language fluency, I could not talk much with them but their presence made it easy. The room was sparkling clean when checking in, the bed was very comfortable, and a wonderful lobby to have tea or just hangout. One of the best parts about this property certainly is it's location: it's nestled in away from about 2-3 minutes walk from the main street and is in a very lovely compound of local houses in Kaifeng. If you decide to take a walk around the hotel's backstreet, you'd get to see some of the local residential areas in Kaifeng. I would certainly stay again at this property when I revisit Kaifeng. It was wonderful and only a short taxi drive or walk away from all the major must see places in Kaifeng. Highly recommended for solo travelers', couples, or families."

"Traveled with my mom and stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted! It's conveniently located right across from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a three to four-minute walk away. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was comfortable, and most importantly, it was very quiet! While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, and every item was high-quality. The service was also excellent, with the staff being warm, attentive, and proactive in helping with our luggage. The hotel even offers complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and white fungus and red date soup, along with a tea room and a library."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good, definitely one of the better ones in Kaifeng. At night, when the lights come on, it looks very grand. From the balcony of our 7th-floor room, we had a fantastic view of Jinming Pool. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. The facilities are slightly dated, but only slightly, and it didn't affect our stay. For ordering food, a robot delivered it, which was very convenient. However, the only downside was the strong musty smell. You could smell it as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, and it was also present in the room, along with a high level of humidity. Everything else was fine."

A serendipitous discovery: this amazing guesthouse! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its enormous garden – the lush greenery was beautifully arranged, creating a tranquil oasis in the city. Every snapshot was a masterpiece of ambiance.
The living room furniture was incredibly stylish, both in terms of quality and aesthetics, with tasteful details throughout. The room featured a separate bathtub and a huge terrace; at night, watching the light and shadows play in the distance was pure bliss – I didn't want to leave!
Even more delightful was the butler's attentive service. His gentle and considerate approach made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. Located near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the Imperial River, the location is superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel was quite good. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. The room had excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to fully unwind from my travels and sleep very soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was stable with good pressure. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel service was very responsive; any requests were handled promptly and effectively!

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

This hotel is perfectly located, with spacious and clean rooms, and a comfortable overall environment. The front desk service is warm and attentive. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, as you can easily rent an electric scooter to visit various attractions nearby. There's a wide variety of dining options in the vicinity, making meals convenient. It's great value for money for a family trip, and we had a very good experience.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

Guest UserThis is, hands down, the most convenient hotel for visiting Wansui Mountain. When you're tired, you can pop back to your room to cool down and rehydrate in no time – it's literally just across the road, less than a 5-minute walk. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind! She upgraded us to a family room and even gave us complimentary breakfast. After enjoying some authentic Hulatang, we could gaze at the Kaifeng Iron Pagoda and the East Gate of Wansui Mountain right from our window. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kaifeng.

Hotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue).
The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.
