I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

This is the first time I want to come to this city again because of the service of a hotel. The room facilities are more wooden, which may also cater to the image of the ancient capital. It looks a bit old, but the overall comfort is very good. I have lived all the way from some cities in the south. Many hotel facilities are not satisfactory, and they require praise. I am very disgusted with this uncomfortable living and forced to praise, but I have never mentioned this in the past few days. I also wrote such a long comment for such a good service attitude for the first time. The overall experience of traveling in Kaifeng during this time was very good. At the end of the check-out, the front desk lady also presented a small gift. It was inconvenient to see me with two suitcases and took the initiative to help me go out and put it in the trunk. The hotel in Haona 🏨 is as satisfied as ever. I have stayed in Daliang Store before, and this time I am in the Haoyuan store. The service of the Haoyuan store is even better. We found that we brought children, upgraded the room type, sent children slippers, toothbrushes and special cards. There are also souvenirs when leaving the store. The smart speakers in the hotel are generally the same. I sent four flavors of peanuts, sweets, chrysanthemum tea, flower tea, especially good, next door is Qingyuan, very convenient. Kaifeng Station taxi 13 yuan. Going to Long live mountain is also ten yuan.

The whole is good. I arrived early in the morning and waited for an hour. But there is a place to rest in the lobby. The drinks in the small refrigerator in the room are free. The front desk has a reminder. The laundry room has four groups of laundry dryers. After the clothes are washed out, put a note on the waiter to help receive the room. very convenient. It is worth mentioning that there is a Songyuan soup dumpling shop next to the hotel. It is an old brand in Kaifeng. It is very cost-effective to eat there at noon. There are many people in line. I want to order another soup dumpling at night. It is not too popular.
