CCaishenlaiwojiaqiaomenThe boss is very nice. She is warm and sincere and has a very good service attitude. Her dog is also very cute and family. She will provide help in time when needed. Seeing that I haven't eaten breakfast, she even gave me a big corn on the cob. Wow, she is really my friend. Cry to death.
The environment is very comfortable and the sanitary conditions are very good. I wore the newly bought slippers everywhere and the soles were not dirty at all. I was surprised. They are really clean. It is also very quiet at night in the alley, so I can sleep comfortably. This B&B is really great. It is fully booked almost every day. I will stay here again next time I come!

MM2fuljmma****I was immediately impressed when I entered the room. The environment was wonderful and very cozy. The owner was also very nice. The facilities were complete and comfortable, and the room was very clean. One small suggestion: the TV in the room was a bit strange; it would turn on and off automatically. However, I especially loved the large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows in the room.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to all major attractions. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, I'm very satisfied.
2. Clean and Comfortable Room
The room was more spacious than I expected, and very clean with no unpleasant odors. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night.
3. Warm and Attentive Service
The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, and check-in was quick. They responded promptly to any issues, and the bellhops were very proactive; I felt right at home.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located in the city center, and parking can be a bit tight. However, the owner is very helpful in finding parking spots, so you generally don't have to worry. If you use the B&B as your base, most of Kaifeng's main attractions, such as Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Longting Park, Kaifeng House, Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Guild Hall, and Daxiangguo Temple, are all within a 2-3 kilometer radius, so they're not far. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, including several local specialty eateries, so you won't have any trouble with food. The accommodation itself is decent, quite clean and tidy.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! Great value for money. It's right by the Bell Tower Plaza, and you step out directly into the night market. Xiangguo Temple and Shanxi-Shaanxi-Gansu Guild Hall are within walking distance, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Super convenient! The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy, and the smart control system is really handy. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the high-speed rail station and various attractions, and the travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the living was warm and comfortable, and there was no depression at all. The most plus point is that there is a big balcony on the second floor, which is especially convenient for drying clothes and is too friendly to people traveling. Downstairs is a snack street, breakfast is rich and delicious, one-stop for eating, drinking, living and traveling. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, the price is super high, come here to live here is definitely not stepping on the pit, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe location is near the Xisi Night Market, a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's convenient for dining, and Qingyuan Garden is less than ten minutes away by electric scooter. The front desk lady was very friendly and even checked on a package I was sending. I only discovered my headlight was broken on my first day. The rooms are separated by floors, with the girls' bathrooms on the third floor. The three squat toilets, three sinks, and two showers are all located together, which is quite convenient, though the shower door is a bit dingy. Slippers and towels are in the disinfection cabinet.
The important thing! The living room where the reception desk is located is incredibly noisy at night. It can last until 2 a.m. without warning. Even with earplugs, they're not soundproof, and even after the front desk lady reminded me, the noise was still there. According to reviews, during peak season, they organize groups to play games and cook. If you're not worried about the noise, this is a good option.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, well equipped and in a great location! , It is very close to various attractions and a few hundred meters walk is the business district, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Although it is located in a bustling section, the room is very soundproof and quiet.

The bathroom was excellent; the separate wet and dry areas were a real plus. The toilet was smart, and the heated toilet was a welcome feature in this weather. The shower water was also very warm.
The front desk service was also good, polite and attentive. Located right next to Gulou Square, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the night market; it's lively but not noisy.

GGuest UserGood place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric ”hello bike (Alipay)” parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.
