I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

The first time I came to Kaifeng, I chose this hotel for three days, thinking about being very close to Qingming Shanghe Garden. Just after booking the hotel, I called to ask if I needed to pick up my luggage when I arrived. The service was very timely. Always smile when checking in and consulting the front desk for any questions. The room was on the 3rd floor. When I walked through the corridor, I felt a bit old and I was afraid of stepping on the pit, but after I checked in, I found that the cleaning and supplies in the room were very clean. My skin is more sensitive. I have been itchy with my bag in the hotel some time ago, so I am more concerned about the room facilities. It was found that the slippers for bathing and washing were also disinfected. In order to prevent going out in the wrong direction, which direction is the elevator and laundry room is also marked on the door. A fresh fruit is sent to the room every day. The room facilities are more wooden, which may also cater to the image of the ancient capital. It looks a bit old, but the overall comfort is very good. I have lived all the way from some cities in the south. Many hotel facilities are not satisfactory, and they require praise. I am very disgusted with this uncomfortable living and forced to praise, but I have never mentioned this in the past few days. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. I called the front desk to inquire before I arrived at night. I left early the next morning and gave the children small cakes. The courtyard was well decorated. The night view of the Qingming Riverside Park behind was very good. It was great to play in the park for a day. I will stay here again next time.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk upgraded our room type for free. I wanted the room to be quieter and adjusted it to face the inside of the community. It was very considerate.

It is adjacent to the Songyuan Soup Dumpling Shop, about 400 meters away on foot, where you can enjoy Kaifeng specialties.
