"空間很大，床很舒服，尤其是枕頭彈性很好，廁所乾濕分離。冰箱內自帶兩瓶水，一瓶可樂，兩包餅乾，我覺得餅乾好好吃哦哈哈哈，每次喝了的可樂，餅乾，清潔阿姨都會補回去。地理位置很好，靠近清明上河園，興盛德~對面是湖邊可以逛逛，走路能到宋都御街，龍亭公園，鼓樓，書店街等等。房間帶窗户，通風~秋天入住，頭一天可以製冷模式，後面中央空調強制制熱，房內有點悶熱，打開窗户後，外面冷風進來，就舒服多了~也沒有評論區説的臭味，入住時房間已開窗通風了。附近景點多，但睡的房間沒聽到任何聲音~倒是早上其餘房客經過外面，説話大聲就顯得吵。最喜歡的是洗衣房，4個洗衣機，4個烘乾機，衣服烘乾後，工作人員幫我們摺好衣服交給我們。對比上海的酒店價格，我覺得這個房間性價比很高了~話説等到退房才知道有深夜粥，不知道免費的嗎，前台也沒提過，所以沒打卡到~但下次來開封，依然還會入住這裏。入住和退房前台都會給兩瓶礦泉水，也不會強制好評~很喜歡開封的生活和物價，也很喜歡這家酒店。就是最後一天房間廁所內有小蜘蛛，跳到我的身上~外面有園林，能理解的~希望酒店能保持下去，下一次要再來入住！"

"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I really enjoyed the hotel's overall style and the grand, comfortable decor. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and professional front desk service; their attitude was genuinely excellent. They upgraded my room and even offered snacks upon check-in. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hotel dinner was also quite good, and it was delivered to my room by very friendly staff. However, I must also point out some areas for improvement: The room's interior decor details were somewhat lacking, with many rough finishes that didn't quite match the hotel's supposed standard (see photos). Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could be; I noticed hair and dust in corners that weren't properly cleaned (see photos). After checking into my room, I couldn't find any slippers despite searching everywhere, so I had to request some from room service. The disposable toiletries were of rather low quality; the slippers, in particular, shed fibers that stuck to my feet (see photos). While the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, honestly, the taste was quite disappointing. For instance, out of eight seemingly different cold dishes, four contained cucumber, making them indistinguishable, and I couldn't even remember their names. Furthermore, many dishes contained garlic. For someone with a garlic allergy, it was incredibly difficult to find anything edible among the many options. My suggestion would be to use garlic only when essential, omit it when possible, and refine the dishes to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Finally, I must reiterate that the front desk staff were truly outstanding and incredibly responsive. They even offered a small gift upon my departure, thanking me for my feedback. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting, primarily due to its exceptional hospitality team. If they could address the decor details, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised by improvements on my next visit! "The hotel is located next to Kaifeng Municipal Government, very close to Kaifeng Museum, but far from the scenic area of ​​Kaifeng Old Town. The main attractions can be reached within more than 10 kilometers. The advantage is that it is very quiet at night without the noise of the scenic area. If you are traveling by car, I recommend staying here. The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, and an underground parking lot. The only bad thing is that no one manages the problem of smoking in public places. Some people smoke in the hotel lobby, in the restaurant, and in the elevator... It's really speechless. Fortunately, the beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a non-smoking floor, otherwise we would have to move out overnight.
