Excellent place to live. Hotel staff especially at Reception are of superb caliber, professional, lovely attitude as well as respectful. The whole experience is worth for money and time.

1. Good: The environment is excellent. It is located in the center of the Jinming Lake in the Song Dynasty. On the other side is a small single-family house with a different style. It is a well-endowed, culturally rich old five-star hotel in the Central Plains. The layout and decoration style, display layout, etc. are elegant and dignified, and I like it very much. 2. Bad: The two stars are because the hotel breakfast is too bad, the dishes are not rich, the appearance is turbid, and the taste is bland - like leftovers piled there casually. Looking through the reviews, some people also reported that the breakfast was poor. Why do you let the negative feedback go? It's a pity for such a good environment. I originally booked two nights, but I canceled the reservation and changed the hotel because of breakfast. It's a pity. 3. From entering the hotel, I enjoyed the warm reception and service: the warm handwritten card of Wang Zhen, the waiter on the 5th floor, and the gentle and dignified enthusiasm of the Central Plains beauty, I cherish and appreciate it very much! I asked her where the spicy soup was good, and she came to recommend it again. During breakfast, the supervisor, the energetic young man on duty (the supervisor on duty for breakfast on the 18th), probably noticed that we were unhappy, and came to ask for our opinions on the food. When we checked out, Manager Song in the lobby listened to our opinions sincerely and gave us a small gift... If there was no shortcoming in breakfast, the above excellent waiters and managers' behavior should have been the icing on the cake, right? !

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

The room facilities are large and comfortable. There are restaurants and shopping malls around it, so it is quite convenient. The front desk service is also very good. It is also close to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Park. They also gave us some travel suggestions, which is very convenient. There is also Kaifeng's snack specialty night market, which is very comprehensive. Kaifeng is a city suitable for tourism and retirement!

I like this kind of small and warm hotel more and more. The front desk staff are relatively young, very easy to communicate with, warm and polite, and respond quickly, giving people a full good impression. The hotel was newly opened in 2024. The equipment and facilities are very new, the rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, there is plenty of drinking water, and the drinks in the small refrigerator are free. The room has good air permeability and the windows can be opened to allow natural wind to come in, which makes people feel more comfortable than some large hotels with floor-to-ceiling windows that cannot be opened. The breakfast is also rich, affordable, clean and hygienic. There is a reading room on the first floor. I thought it was useless. Who would come here to study when staying in the hotel? 😅? As a result, I ended my trip early and rested here for a while after checking out. I found its necessity. You can read, rest, drink tea, and the child also did homework for an hour. There is also a wireless printer available if needed. In addition, there is a pick-up/self-service laundry service. Although I didn’t use it, it must be helpful to many friends who are away from home. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the tourist attractions, but the above advantages can fully make up for it. Not far from Kaifeng Railway Station, close to Daxiangguo Temple, Kaifeng Prefecture and other attractions, there are various restaurants and dessert shops nearby, and RT-Mart supermarket is not far away. The inconvenience is that you need to go 90 degrees from the main entrance of the hotel to the bus station. The room is exquisite in size, but fortunately it is fully functional. The corner of the desk is dangerous and has no rounded corners. The water temperature and flow rate will change slightly when taking a shower, and the washbasin leaks a little. The hotel management is in place, there are at least two people at the front desk, and the response to various service needs is very fast. Stayed for 3 nights in a row, and the most satisfactory thing is that the room is clean and there is little noise

I came to Kaifeng for travel and accommodation, and it took me a long time to choose this new hotel. The location is in Longting District. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the evening. The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. The hotel room is Chinese-style, fully intelligently controlled, with free mineral water on the hotel desktop. I am particularly satisfied with the brightness of the lights and the quiet environment. Even my family members who are not good sleepers said they slept well. Most of the hotel's waiters are warm and thoughtful. I didn’t expect that a three-star hotel would enjoy four-star service! I will choose here next time I come to Kaifeng.

The breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western.
