The room was spotless and well-designed, with great attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, they offer free parking, which is an amazing value for money. The front desk service was excellent too!

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped, and choosing it for our trip here was definitely the right decision! It's very close to the scenic spots, within walking distance. The front desk even helped us plan our sightseeing route, which was super useful. There are also many local snacks nearby, making late-night supper incredibly convenient. The value for money is absolutely amazing! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is quiet and elegant, and there's a beautiful view right outside the window. Service: The lady at the front desk was especially gentle and helpful.

A high-rise standalone hotel in the old town, with friendly service. Newly opened, with complete and comfortable facilities. Drawbacks: The bathroom layout is inefficient; the shower is inside the toilet area. Breakfast is mediocre, not ideal for consecutive stays, with repetitive dishes, and one day there was even hair in a cold dish.

Choosing Naifu Hotel for my Kaifeng trip was such a smart decision! The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Gulou Night Market, and close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain Wuxia City. I loved the room's style; it's fully smart-controlled, the mattress is soft and comfy, and the bathroom is clean and tidy with a great wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and you can even try on Hanfu! The rooftop observation deck offers amazing panoramic views of the ancient city at night. Breakfast includes authentic Kaifeng snacks. It’s excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kaifeng.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!

A family traveled, compared with many hotels and set this hotel, the facts proved to be the right choice! Booked two big beds, the room was very quiet, the sanitary details were done, the bathroom was clean and odorless, considering that there were elderly people in the same group, the walking line was gentle, and the living was particularly comfortable. The biggest plus item is the location, close to the major core scenic spots, with elderly elders to play and save a taxi, travel efficiency is very high. The staff was particularly hospitable. Knowing that we came to Kaifeng for the first time, we patiently introduced the surrounding food, drink and fun. The breakfast old shop, night market snacks, and special dinners were all given detailed guides. Follow the recommendation to punch in without stepping on thunder. Every local snack is authentic. The overall environment is elegant and quiet, the service is on call, and all aspects are considered for family tourists. It is very suitable for traveling with the elderly and coming to Kaifeng to stay and close your eyes!

There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel downstairs facing the street, shopping and dining are very convenient. Hotel service is thoughtful and the front desk is warm. The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is perfect, clean and tidy, comfortable and warm. The network effect is good and the room sound insulation effect is good. The hotel has a laundry room. A souvenir was also given when checking out. The hotel is newly opened, with high decoration quality, reasonable layout and complete facilities. It is a must-choice hotel for everyone on business trips.

The hotel is in the center of the city, just a street away from the Drum Tower Night Market, and Daxiangguo Temple and other attractions are very close. It is only more than 2 kilometers to Qingming Shanghe Garden. The backyard of the hotel is a parking lot, parking is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the decoration is very characteristic, and the view is good. The service is also very good. It was early when I came. The room has not been cleaned. I specially asked the cleaning to clean a room first so that we can put our luggage first. I also gave us a hand-painted map and a small gift in Kaifeng City. It was so intimate! I wish the hotel business is booming and rich!
