"Had a great stay at Tixin Meisu. The knowledge and friendly team at the hotel will walk through with you of the amenities in the room as well as let you know how to best utilized your time at Jiuzhaigou valley and Huanglong national park so you don’t have to walk aimlessly. Breakfast was homely and there are laundry services which the clothes will be wash for you. There are also car services to/fro Jiuzhaigou valley which is about 15mins from the hotel and 5 mins walk to the opposite mall which houses 5 star hotel such as Conrad. The open air mall has bonfire every night for tourist as well as a very good Mao Niu hotpot that is highly recommended!!
Shout out to the boss/ manager of the hotel which helped us out with the last minute booking of car to the railway station when we were unable to board the share-car that we had initially book. He kindly arranged a cab for us and even insisted that we only pay the shared-car fare — he covered the rest of the cost to the railway station, even though he had no obligation to do so. Tip for those that will be coming: Please arrange your transport to the railway station in advance as it is quite hard to book a didi in JZG. I’ll gladly visit again in the future!"

"A very new modern hotel in the Longkang community only about 4 km east of Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park entrance. Room was spotless and clean with all amenities. A great restaurant servicing wonderful breakfast and dinner, even though there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. Hotel has free shuttle service to the National Park. But best of all, we met Ms Zhang,, 小张管家. One of the best hotel receptionist who helped us arrange everything. She was like a personal manager who arranged transportation to Huanglong National Park for us, show tickets and the best advice on getting to various places. Ms Zhang made our stay so pleasant and comfortable that we would certainly recommend others to stay at this hotel. She deserves a five star from us for our unforgettable experience.
Our advice for those visiting this area is to arrive a day before to settle and acclimatise before spending 2 days at Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, then leave on day 4 early in the morning to spend 0.5 - 1 day at Huanglong National Park to see the unique coloured pools or terraces before heading back to Chengdu on HSR in the evening or stay at Huanglong overnight and head back the next day. At Huanglong buy the cable car ticket up then head to the five colour ponds then walk the 4 km trek back down to see the endless number of amazing ponds and cascades along the way back to the entrance."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just 10-15 min walk from the JiuZhaiGou National Park entrance so you don’t have to be stuck in a Taxi jam to get to the park in the morning. The room was new and clean. We had an episode with the hotel as the information given in the booking page stated Mountain View, but when we checked into the room, the window looked out to a concrete wall. After checking with concierge, she says all of this room type has no Mountain View, despite me showing the description on the booking page (which still stated Mountain View). However, we decided to stay on in this hotel as we liked the amenities, the cleanliness and the location and did not want the hassle of finding a new hotel. We gave a feedback to Trip.com and for them to oversee that the hotel correct the accuracy of the information on the booking page. Just saw that it now states “has windows” , which is correct."

"This hotel is extremely close to the entrance of Jiuzhaikou scenic area, about 10 mins walk. But not easy to find when you first arrive Jiuzhaigou. The hotel entrance is very obscure!
Sad to say the customer service at reception is just average, a lack of enthusiasm to help customers! But it's not cheap to stay!
You can book to use its jacuzzi. There are 4 of them. It's Japanese toilet, but the bidet was not working!"

"Facilities: The room was new and well-equipped, including a smart toilet. The included toothbrush was very useful, and the hair dryer dried my hair quickly.
Cleanliness: Good
The only downside was the restaurant. A 200 yuan hot pot was three-quarters bean sprouts with only a thin layer of meat on top. I had to wait a long time for my meal. They said they were offering a 10% discount, but they still charged me 220 yuan for a 236 yuan bill. Highly recommended."

"The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and felt quite stuffy. Despite having windows, the air circulation was poor. Upon entering, the toilet was constantly dripping. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to fix it after we called, it still significantly affected our stay. To make matters worse, it started dripping again the following evening. I was too annoyed to report it once more, so I just unplugged it myself. The room itself was quite ordinary and a bit dated.
On a brighter note, the downstairs facilities and hot springs were pretty good. My only five-star commendation goes to a wonderful young lady at the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had injured my foot and asked if they had any band-aids; without hesitation, she immediately fetched two for me. She even shared many useful local travel tips! A truly kind and lovely person. ( ̀⌄ ́)"

"The staff at the guesthouse were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly attentive during check-in, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine care. They even proactively offered to help with our luggage, which was a huge help. The cleanliness of the guesthouse was also outstanding; the housekeeping staff were incredibly thorough, ensuring our room was spotless. Additionally, the guesthouse boasts excellent soundproofing, so we barely heard any outside noise, allowing for a peaceful stay. As for the facilities, they were, simply put, superb. "This was my first trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I made sure to book this highly-rated guesthouse well in advance from the many options available in the area.
As a meticulous planner, here are the key factors I consider when choosing a guesthouse:
1. **Location**: It's about a 7-8 minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou park entrance.
2. **Convenience**: The guesthouse owner offers a shuttle service to and from the Jiuzhaigou entrance. You just need to make a quick call, no matter what time you plan to go or return – it's incredibly convenient!
3. **Cleanliness**: We stayed for two nights, trying both a standard room and a king room. I can confirm they were both impeccably clean!
(P.S. As a light sleeper, I always need a quiet hotel with good soundproofing, and it often feels like a gamble when choosing one. This guesthouse, however, is a complete hidden gem!)
If I ever have the opportunity to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would undoubtedly choose this guesthouse without hesitation. Wishing the owner continued success and prosperity!"

"the hotel exterior is ******* styled. the interior is modern and comfy. the room has a magnificent view of the mountain and partial view of the river. the river is clear and beautiful. the hotel is located near to the entrance to jiuzhaigou. there are many eateries around. the hotel gave a complimentary coupon for dining at their restaurant. the food portion is big and food is delicious. the aircon/heater is old, needs to be updated, luckily the weather is not very cold. the young staff are energetic, friendly and approachable."

Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease.
And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. GGuest UserIn Jiuzhai Valley, this is arguably the priciest hotel, second only to the Ritz-Carlton Reserve. While a 20-30 minute drive from the scenic area, its location offers a much quieter and more secluded environment. The public areas are beautifully designed, and the rooms are individual villas, providing excellent privacy. The only drawback is needing a shuttle bus to reach the lobby and restaurants, with an average wait time of five minutes. The room design feels like an elevated Hilton, featuring a terrace with truly superb views. On our check-in day, we had no itinerary, so we spent the entire afternoon relaxing on the terrace lounger, enjoying the blue sky, white clouds, and lush green mountains – it was incredibly peaceful.
Compared to similarly-priced hotels in Chengdu, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, lacking any standout specialty dishes. The noodle station, in particular, was quite average.
Overall, the service was impeccable, meeting the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber. At check-out, they even presented our child with a small bear, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to Sasa for that. In the evenings, there's a bonfire party at the small square next to the hotel, where guests can experience ******* dances with the locals. While dining options nearby are somewhat limited, the available establishments do offer authentic local cuisine.

She was patient and meticulous during check-in. As it was my first time visiting the city, she not only marked tourist spots and routes on a map for me but also gave excellent tour suggestions tailored to my schedule.
The next day, I encountered a minor issue. After contacting the front desk, she was the one who immediately helped resolve it. Her efficiency was outstanding, and her attitude remained positive and friendly throughout, which was incredibly reassuring. You can truly feel that she genuinely loves her job and cares for her guests. Such an outstanding employee is truly a valuable asset to the hotel!

The atmosphere was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep instantly. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked about nearby places to visit, they not only drew me a map with detailed directions but also thoughtfully reminded me to stay safe at night. My stay was incredibly comfortable! On the downside, the location is quite remote, with no nearby dining options or public transport stops.
The smart home features felt a bit unnecessary. For instance, the toilet would spray water as soon as I sat down, and inserting the room card automatically opened the curtains and turned on the TV. Frankly, these features felt a bit excessive.

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.

GGuest UserChoosing Kuobo Qiongxi for this Jiuzhaigou trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel's facilities were excellent, far exceeding my expectations. The room design was simple yet stylish, equipped with smart amenities like automatic curtains, a high-definition projector, and even a Bluetooth speaker. It was so relaxing to listen to music while showering, and watching movies at night was fantastic. The mattress had just the right firmness; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! My sleep quality greatly improved.
The hotel's environment was also excellent, with convenient dining options nearby. It was away from the hustle and bustle, and particularly quiet at night. The public areas also featured a book bar and a tea room, perfect for guests who appreciate peace and quiet. A laundry room was also available, which was very convenient.
Cleanliness was impeccable; dedicated staff cleaned daily, and the bedding and towels were spotless. The service was also exceptional; upon check-in, staff proactively helped with our luggage and even gave us a thoughtful welcome gift. Breakfast offered local butter tea and specialty snacks, which I greatly enjoyed.
When checking out, as we were rushing for our bus, the front desk had thoughtfully prepared the invoice in advance, saving us valuable waiting time. Overall, both the facilities and service were incredibly satisfying. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

There are also many restaurants within walking distance, and MacDonalds is right next to the hotel.
Hotel is basic but clean. However, bed sheets are a bit worn and need to be replaced. Unused Towels also get damp in the bathroom as they are kept in wooden cubicles.

3320008****When we first arrived at Jiuzhaigou, it was a rainy day. The owner of the B&B, Tian, picked us up at the hotel and helped us sort out the itinerary. He also sent us to the entrance of the scenic spot the next morning, which saved us a lot of trouble and made the trip more enjoyable. The B&B was very quiet and it was very convenient to travel and eat around. We specially booked a parent-child room. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant journey. I will come again in autumn if I have the chance.
