This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details.

1. **Location:** The hotel is located very close to the scenic area entrance, just a few minutes' walk away. Dining and shopping options are very convenient nearby, and it's quiet at night, making travel easy. 2. **Facilities:** The common areas are clean, and amenities like the gym, laundry room, and conference rooms are all available and very convenient to use. The elevator has card access, which provides a good sense of security. Parking is also convenient. 3. **Room:** The room was better than expected, clean and odorless. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just the right softness/height, allowing for a good night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation – really nothing to fault. Soundproofing and internet were also good. 4. **Service:** The staff were all very polite and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and any requests were immediately addressed. The attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. 5. **Summary:** For this price point, the experience was excellent, offering great value for money.

I love staying here . It is my first time seeing complimentary fruit provided. You also no need to worry about the international adapter as it's provided via socket. Please take note that this room is at level 4,and the lift is up to level 3 only. It's walking distance (~15-20minutes) to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The location of the hotel is also nearby the muslim restaurant, mixue, supermarket.

About 2km from Jiuzhaigou. If you book a package with transfers, they'll give you a small card. My room didn't include transfers, so I paid the driver 5 yuan directly to take me to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. On the way back, I waited for the bus at the scenic area entrance for 3 yuan, and just told the driver to drop me off at Qianhe Lihui (Rezen Hotel). It's very convenient, cheaper than staying right at the park entrance, and you don't have to walk over 10 minutes to get to the entrance. The room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, and there's even a bathtub to soak in and relieve fatigue. Highly recommend, excellent value for money!

The hotel location is excellent, situated on the main road, with restaurants and convenience stores next to it. The staff provided excellent service to take us to Jiuzhaigou National Park, which was very impressive. The room was fully equipped and comfortable. We left our belongings at the accommodation. The staff promptly informed us and provided full assistance in the delivery. We were very impressed. If we have the opportunity, we will use the service again.

On the first day, I stayed at Lijiang Hotel next door, which claimed to be the third closest to the gully entrance. It turned out to be a huge mistake. After getting off the bus, dragging my luggage to the hotel felt like an endless journey, and I had to walk all the way back to Zangwang Square for dinner. The next day, I decisively switched to the Holiday Inn Express, a great value for money option, saving over 200 yuan per day. Its location is the best overall, dining is super convenient, the hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The Yinxiu · Yunqi Hotel is perfectly located, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, and convenient for self-driving with ample parking. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and you can enjoy mountain views right from your window. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; they even offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a lot. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes great. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, making it a perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing. There are plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby. It's a hassle-free stay for anyone visiting Jiuzhai, highly recommended.

I'd like to specially commend Manager Huang Jianlin from the F&B department. When we encountered an issue during breakfast, he didn't make excuses or try to brush us off. Instead, he actively offered solutions and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, truly reflecting the management standards of a five-star hotel. On another note, the Moon Bay direct shuttle bus stop right next to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Booking through the Jiulv Yuexing mini-program is much cheaper and easier than booking a scenic shuttle through Ctrip. I booked a shuttle ticket on Ctrip, but the driver was nowhere to be found and there wasn't even a phone number to contact. I ended up waiting at the high-speed rail station for over an hour for nothing. When I contacted Ctrip's bus ticket customer service representative, Xiaoyu, she made all sorts of excuses and was utterly unhelpful. Everyone, please be wary of this.

The room isn't small, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hallway light near the entrance is motion-sensored; it turns on when you sit up in bed, which is convenient, but it also lights up if you just shift too much. Every day, they provide mineral water, milk, and either a small pastry or fruit. There's a supermarket and restaurants across the street, making dining and shopping easy. In the morning, there's a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou entrance, but I didn't get to use it because they need 4-5 people to depart. I waited for five minutes, no one showed up, so I took a taxi instead. It's about 2 km from the park entrance, and a metered taxi ride cost 11 yuan. It's about 1 km to the Guoda parking lot, a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is quite simple: porridge, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, eggs, some side dishes, and a few pastries. Excellent value for money.
