It's not about the attitude of hanging up. The elderly were not frozen, and finally called me. I went down and told the front desk that I was still asking me to go back and wait. I was annoyed. Later, the elderly repeatedly asked to come to the room to see the water heater. It rose 1 degree in 5 minutes, and waited for half an hour. The water heater was 34 degrees. Finally, we asked to open a room to take a bath. The front desk does not respect the elderly, and the attitude that basic problems are not solved is not very service conscious, which is very chilling. Seeing that there are also complaints that there is no service, and there is no problem to solve, no empathy. It seems that the complaint about this hotel service is not an example. There is no simple Jianshui people who have met for shopping and eating. Choose carefully with older children!
