We had a great time at Wangyungui. The building is stunning, the location perfect. It was magical to wake up and step outside to the peaceful courtyard and the sound of calming music. Communication with the hotel was very easy, and we had a room upgrade! Very warm shower light and helpful toilet lights. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely too. Highly recommend!

Very nice heritage hotel in the center of the old town of Jianshui. Clean and has its own character. Also quite value for money to experience the old establishment. The breakfast is nice and rice noodle is delicious. The only downside is the reception lady, we arrived at 9pm. She is cold and bit rude. Didnt bother to chat at all. Everytime I asked a question, she answered impatiently. Luckly the next morning another lady is nice, kind of made up the whole experience. In general still recommended giving a try.

Welcome desserts, welcome fruit: They offered flower cakes and small fruits, which was very thoughtful. Facilities: The facilities are average but have everything you need. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and they clean punctually every morning and noon. Environment: It has the advantages of an old house, warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has the common disadvantage of old houses, which is slightly poor soundproofing, but the owner provided earplugs. However, the neighbors were very considerate, so I didn't even need them. Service: The service was excellent. They called in advance to confirm the check-in time and thoughtfully prepared Jianhui food and travel guides, especially the station pick-up/drop-off service, which was very considerate. High-speed rail pick-up or drop-off (choose one): Very punctual and efficient.

I had a truly excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean & I loved the traditional vibe of the entire property. The host goes all the way to make your stay comfortable and their hospitality is exceptional. The free transportation, welcome fruits & flowercake were a huge plus. The owner/manager and everyone including the lady serving breakfast was so friendly and warm, making us feel completely at home even though we were in a foreign country. There is also a halal noodle a few steps away. Will definitely stay here again

This hotel is perfectly situated right within the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The traditional architecture and the charming Siheyuan (courtyard house) exude a wonderful historical ambiance. The butler's service was thoughtful and meticulous; they prepared exquisite fruits and pastries for us and even upgraded our room to a spacious and comfortable one. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like 'Qiguoji Caoya Mixian' (steamed chicken rice noodles with grass sprouts), along with eggs, sweet potatoes, Youtiao (fried dough sticks), and soy milk. We'll definitely be back next time!

The welcome desserts and fruit were plentiful and delicious! The hotel is located right inside the old town and is very quiet. The courtyard has a lot of character, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offer a complimentary high-speed rail pick-up or drop-off service. We forgot to book the pick-up in advance, so we missed that. However, for our departure, the staff kindly helped us call a Didi (ride-hailing service) to take us to the bus station, which was very thoughtful of them.
