Service: The ladies working here were all very patient, friendly, and proactive in their service. Environment: Being by the lake is nice, and the inner courtyard is beautifully designed. My only issue was that the room window faced a residential building, which wasn't ideal. Facilities: I could hear sounds from the upstairs room quite clearly. This might be a difficult issue to improve given the wooden structure of the building. Cleanliness: Excellent! Nothing to complain about.

An absolutely five-star experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location by Guangci Lake, where locals often stroll in the mornings and evenings, giving it a very authentic feel. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the Zitao Street night market and a 7-8 minute drive to the ancient city. As it's a historical-style building, enjoying afternoon tea or breakfast at the hotel is delightful. The rooms are comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The overall service is also very attentive. Parking is convenient right outside the door. We had lunch at the hotel before leaving, and the food quality was superb, with fresh seasonal fruits. If I ever come to Jianshui again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

I loved staying in this hotel - the traditional Chinese architecture was beautiful and our room was so spacious and comfy. Service was excellent and the staff really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well - all the dishes tasted so good and there was a wide variety too.

Very beautiful hotel built with traditional methods. Very kind service and a short cab ride to the ancient city. Highly recommended. Restaurant is ok - maybe we didn't order the right dishes; wasn't as delicious as expected. A friendly lady was making local grilled tofu for guests - she gave us lots of sightseeing tips and her hospitality is much appreciated.

The architecture is gorgeous, the environment is wonderful, and the breakfast is delicious. The butlers are incredibly attentive, carrying our luggage upstairs without us even noticing. There's a lake downstairs; the scenery is absolutely stunning.

A hotel in Jianshui, costing over 2,000 yuan a night, had the same shower water for three consecutive days. The hotel explained it was a municipal plumbing issue due to heavy rain and said it would be fixed by draining it. However, the same problem persisted after several showers, including in my companion's room.
