The hostel is great, 1 lady in night shift spoke very good english and help me a lot for my needs,i forgot to ask her name. Due note that most of the guests are local so cleanliness in common area isnt top notch. You need to buy disposable towel in the machine. Personally i wont book to stay in hostel again in china due to the room mates. Its gona be hit or miss. The first room they gave me are full of rude roommates they hang panties by the entrance door and kept all their shoes and luggages by my bedside and i used google translate to ask one of them to please move it to their locker or bedside cos i dont have space to move. Then she said her bag is too big to fit in the locker. So i told her you can put it on your bedside, at first she said ok but suddenly she start shouting at me like ***. I have to call the staff to deal with her cos she wont stop screaming at me. The staff moved me to a different room with less people and normal room mates thankfully. Again its not the hostel's fault just be aware that you might encounter these kind of people of you decide to book hostels in china

I just want to try and found a great hostel with friendly services. It's facilities are hi quality, new, clean and will Management. The workers receptions are excellent manner services. Only one negative but not the hostel faults, but the guest. Stay up late with light on and some noise so annoying. It ruins my next day. Some guests splitting on the bathroom floor. It's a bad hygiene. I recommend this hostel in Hangzhou, a perfect 9 plus. I wish them the best and happy be healthy and wealthy. Most guest are young and friendly. But one bad apple can ruins the others apple in one case. Pay attention to details., quality always Sell.

I've tried many hostels since I'm traveling and this one is probably amoung the best I've been to. The place is very friendly and warm and there is many things to do (instruments, board games, TV...). The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is perfect (best shower room I had in 3 month of different hostels !). Overall, I really liked staying in this hostel. Thank you for the staff to make this place that welcoming ! If I come back to Hangzhou I will definitely come back here :)

I didn't know the hostel was under renovation when I made the reservation. When I arrived, I saw the public areas were a mess. I thought as long as the room and bathroom were clean, it would be acceptable. It's ok if the toilet didn't provide toilet paper. I don't know if it was a clogged toilet or a problem with the personal quality of the guests. They didn't flush the toilet after defecation, which was disgusting 🤮.
