AAhmad Yazid LatifFor me who can't read chinesse, it't pretty difficult to find this hotel. Maybe you need to put a sign in english. And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.

SSdenkaThe service was excellent!!! The front desk lady was very considerate and attentive assisting me even before arriving. Later, she promptly helped me on how to get transportation for different sightseeings in Hangzhou, facilitating my stay. The night attendant (a young boy) was also helpful and approachable. The hostel ´s location is just 2-minute walk from a 7-Eleven for essentials and a 5-minute walk from the station. The common area is inviting, with many places to sit and relax, and a water dispenser. Also, the shared dormitory bathroom is very clean. I've enjoyed very much my stay at the hostel :)

MMalysian ChooHotel location is near to metro stations, with many eatery outlets surroundings. Walking distance to West Lake Musical Fountain venue. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage before the room check-in time. Room size is spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

JJun8099I chose this hostel for the Dawn concert on September 13th. It's about a ten-minute walk to Xiaolianhua. The front desk staff, both male and female, were polite and enthusiastic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with the shower on the left and the vanity on the right as you enter. The shower pressure was great, and the bed was clean. One of my roommates was smoking, but they stopped after I opened the window to air out the room. Overall, everyone was well-behaved and quiet. Everyone also gets an individual locker with a password lock. Other than a roommate's slightly messy suitcase and a few occasionally using instant noodle cups as ashtrays on the floor, everything else was really good.

The lobby sofas are always filled with women from all over, some scrolling on their phones, others huddled together sharing their travel stories. Occasionally, the inviting aroma of takeout wafts through. It makes sense why I always come back to sell off some of my remaining stock here. The bunk beds are neatly made and simple. During the day, everyone heads out, and by evening, they gradually return to shower, organize their belongings, and sometimes exchange a few words. There's none of the stiffness of a hotel, just the full, vibrant pulse of everyday life. Strangers meet here briefly, transforming their journey into easy, healing ordinary days.

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is so great, right in the city center, close to shopping malls and attractions. The hygiene of the room is impeccable, spotless, and super safe to stay in. I have to praise the location of the hotel, near the transportation hub, and it is super convenient to travel. The hygiene is also very good, the bedding is clean, the bathroom has no odor, and it is very comfortable to live in.

GGuest UserConsidering it was a bustling Qingming Festival holiday, the price for this hostel was quite reasonable. The room itself was decent and felt pretty private, with a curtain on the wooden partition. It has shared bathrooms, and you have to change into slippers upstairs. It's located in an alley next to the Chocolate Museum on Hefang Street, and I almost missed it the first time. Even though it's in a commercial area, it's surprisingly soundproof; I couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. It's just a short walk to Wushan and the Hangzhou Museum, and a couple of blocks to Listening to Orioles in the Willows (Liulang Wenying), so the location is excellent. You can even take an evening stroll along West Lake.
