QQizongzuizhisadanArima's âMoon-Running Boatâ hot spring hotel is similar to typical B&Bs in China. Room 401 features a single-person golden hot spring on the balcony. Be aware that room 401 is not suitable for couples or groups seeking a private hot spring. The hotel also has private hot springs scattered throughout the mountains. You can register at the front desk in advance and schedule your appointment, even after 11 PM. The hotel claims the spring is self-flowing, known in Japanese as âmoto-yu.â The front desk staff's English was limited, and they spoke no Chinese at all. The man who drove the van that picked us up spoke basic Chinese and had WeChat. He was incredibly helpful, and I give him a thumbs up. This time, I booked a stay with two meals. Honestly, the food was only average, even for domestic travelers. Furthermore, booking through multiple agents on Ctrip presents many drawbacks, making errors more likely.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm.
The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day!
A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behindâit was much appreciated!
Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

The staff is very helpful, and there is a free transfer not just to and from the station - if you want a pickup from the town or the ropeway during your stay, they will help too. The private baths are beautiful and very well maintained, and the reserve-next-as-you-leave-the-previous system is very convenient. Overall, great experience.

IIpThe hotel is conveniently located, only 2 minute walk from the bus stop on the main street of Arima. I believe it could be the oldest hotel within the area, judging from the deco. And yet it provides the environment and the atmosphere that we like from an onsen hotel.
The onsen on the top floor is medium in size, and providing both gold and silver hot spa that are both famous in the place.
Hotel set menu is good. And the hotel is very thoughtful by arranging different menu set for us for each day.
Hotel staff are friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, built on a mountain, with a good view from afar. The public lounge area is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the food and beverage services are very professional. There are ********* lady clerks who can serve in Chinese and are very friendly to Chinese tourists.
However, as a hot spring hotel, this one has two fatal flaws.
First, the hotel has only one hot spring bath, and the size of this public bath is very small. If it is placed in other hotels, it may only be enough for a private bath. If you focus on the hot spring experience and want to soak in a large bath, this one may not be the first choice.
Secondly, the hotel is a pure wooden building with poor sound insulation, and the window of the hotel room faces the generator, which will continue to make huge noise at night. Even wearing earplugs can't stop it, which makes it difficult for me to fall asleep all night.
Although I have a good impression of the room and service, I am sorry that the above two defects really affect the experience of hot spring healing. If it can be improved, it will be perfect.

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, and the room itself was very comfortable. The traditional Japanese-style room (washitsu) was a particularly charming touch. Both dinner and breakfast were exquisitely prepared, and the onsen (hot spring) was wonderfully relaxing. We stayed with my parents and children, and everyone in our group was thoroughly delighted.

It will be great if this hotel comes with private onsen for those who are uncomfortable with the public ones.
Hot springs are superb , the âKinsenâ hot spring and adjacent âTaiko no Yuâ hot spring. Highly recommended.
Food are exquisitely made. Visually beautiful and delicious.

I called the hotel front desk immediately when I arrived at the bus station, and the hotel shuttle bus arrived in about 5 minutes. Don't walk to the hotel by yourself, don't! ! ! The hotel facilities are not bad. The room is not big, but it has everything it should have. The Jintang Hot Spring is really great and washed away the fatigue along the way! I booked a one-night stay and two-night stay. The kaiseki cuisine for dinner was great! The quantity was very large! The quantity was very large! I went back to the room after eating too much, and rested for an hour before going to the hot spring! The next day, I ran directly to the train station, which was very convenient! The hotel provides carbonated cakes and Japanese confectionery. After eating, you can consider whether you really want to buy this as a souvenir.

Although the overall facilities and services were not comparable, we were panting and pulling the big boxes to climb the slopes. However, there was a separate bathroom, only a public soup pool, and more local people... This price is cost-effective.. Itâs OK... next to the stone ladder, thereâs a Japanese restaurant, itâs very good.
