I booked this airport hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations. The complimentary shuttle service was on-call and got me to the terminal in just ten minutes, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, patiently answering my questions about flights and storing my luggage. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. It offers excellent value for money. This place is perfect for frequent business travelers and I highly recommend it to anyone with a layover.

They offer a free 24-hour shuttle service, and the pickup car arrived in just five minutes, with excellent service. For departure, they also provided a punctual wake-up call and airport drop-off, making everything completely hassle-free. The decor is simple and modern, the bedding is fresh and dry, and the shower has strong water pressure. The soundproofing is also very good; you can't hear any airplane taking off or landing noise at all.

I booked this hotel after calling ahead to confirm, as I had an early morning flight the next day. I took the airport shuttle from the high-speed rail station to the airport, and they picked me up after I called. The next morning, they drove me back to the airport. Since I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a quiet room on the fourth floor for free. Honestly, you can tell the owner put thought into the room's amenities. I didn't closely inspect or use the five towels in the bathroom, and it felt like there were fewer than at a typical Home Inn. The bathroom was equipped with disposable toiletries and even a disposable toilet seat cover. I don't travel often and haven't stayed in many hotels, but for a one-night layover before a flight, the price was reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

The experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel is clean and tidy, with a comfortable and quiet environment. The 24-hour free airport shuttle service was punctual and reliable, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The room facilities are new, the smart controls are very convenient, and the toiletries are of good quality. The service was meticulous; they even prepared breakfast bags in advance and thoughtfully reminded me of my wake-up time. The attention to detail is perfect. It's my top choice for business trips and travel!

It was alright, pretty good. The shuttle service to and from Taiping Airport Hotel was excellent, very convenient and much needed. The service was great, very warm and welcoming. The environment was nice. Service was really good. Hygiene was acceptable. Overall, it's good value for money, I recommend it.

This hotel is conveniently located on level B1 of the airport, right next to the international arrivals hall. Overall, the experience here was excellent, primarily due to the following advantages: 1. **Accommodation Environment and Facilities:** (a) The hygiene was superb; the white bedding was spotlessly clean and stain-free, making for a very comfortable sleep. (b) The space is designed with individual sleeping pods, creating a remarkably comfortable environment. (c) Shared washrooms and shower rooms are available within the facility, and some rooms even feature private en-suite bathrooms. 2. **Price and Dining:** (a) Despite being inside the airport, the price is relatively affordable and not overly expensive. (b) Breakfast is buffet-style and starts serving from 5:30 AM, which is very convenient. 3. **Location Advantage:** Instead of searching for a hotel several kilometers outside the airport, staying directly inside is a much better option. It's incredibly convenient, whether you need to check in early the next morning or are waiting to pick someone up at night.

We stayed overnight between transfer flights near the airport; the hotel provides transfer services. The room was nice and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, Wi-Fi, toiletries, water, slippers, a kettle, and tea. A small stadium and sports ground are nearby.
