Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a blast of cool air, the air conditioning was excellent and provided a much-needed relief from the heat and fatigue of my flight. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly kind and welcoming. This will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Harbin. They even offered refreshing watermelon, which was surprisingly sweet for this time of year. It's the perfect stopover when you're transiting through Harbin!

Booked this for my parents. The airport shuttle service was very welcoming, and the hotel facilities were good. Breakfast started at 4:30 AM, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay. Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Seems newly renovated, quite nice. Service: Warm and friendly service, and the airport shuttle was very punctual.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage; it's very convenient for getting to and from the terminals. The room was clean, and the WiFi speed was stable enough for checking messages on my phone. There's a self-service laundry room in the public area, and breakfast starts quite early, so you can still grab a hot meal even if you have an early flight. For early morning travelers, convenience is key, and overall, it offers good value for money.

The first choice for a stopover break. The environment is also very quiet, and the facilities and sanitary conditions are average.

I wouldn't really call this a hotel, it's more like an inn. It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service, and the general service is good. However, the cleanliness is a serious issue. I looked at some of the negative reviews, and people have been complaining about the cleanliness since 2024, and it's still the same in 2026. There were dried fruit peels stuck under the TV cabinet and next to the trash can. It was so bad I had to clean it myself. I'm guessing they only clean the floors, and never bother with the walls. This includes the inside of cabinets and the bathroom door. There was also hair on the shower walls, and the outlet between the two beds was covered in dust. Didn't they see the fruit peels when they changed the trash bag? A hotel built in 2024 shouldn't be in this kind of condition.

The hotel room was elegant and spotless, quiet and tidy with complete amenities. The whole room was smart and high-tech, making it very convenient to use. The front desk staff were warm and polite. My stay was comfortable, and I highly recommend it.

I've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!

Had a great night sleep before catching my flight early in the morning. The free airport transfer was one of the main reasons for staying here. There’s not much around the hotel, but thanks to other reviews I stocked up on snacks and drinks before arriving. The room facilities were new and complete; the air conditioning and internet ran stably, and there was ample storage space, perfectly suited for a solo traveler. The overall value for money is excellent, providing a great sense of security for solo travel. It's my top choice for future trips and rest. The hotel also has a Chabaidao tea shop, is adjacent to a convenience store, and the hotel's dining options are affordably priced and very delicious! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
