I booked this airport hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations. The complimentary shuttle service was on-call and got me to the terminal in just ten minutes, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, patiently answering my questions about flights and storing my luggage. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. It offers excellent value for money. This place is perfect for frequent business travelers and I highly recommend it to anyone with a layover.

Free airport shuttle service, and it didn't disappoint. The shuttle left on time in the morning and arrived in just a few minutes. The room was clean, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept soundly all night. There are delivery services available nearby, which was convenient for ordering some BBQ in the evening after I arrived. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were both quick and efficient, no fuss. Considering the price and the airport transfer service, this place is definitely excellent value for money.

Airport Shuttle (to and from Taiping Airport): I communicated with the hotel that I had an early morning flight on arrival. They arranged the pick-up time and even called me (though I missed the call). Double Lobby Self-service Coffee: There's a self-service coffee machine in the lobby. The room was directly opposite the elevator. My family and I slept very comfortably. The bed was super comfy, loved it! The only downside was the pillows were too flat 😭 so I had to use clothes to prop them up. The cleanliness, environment, and soundproofing were all excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and takeout is very convenient. It's a bit dusty though, because there's road construction going on.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

The 24-hour free airport shuttle service was punctual and reliable, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The room facilities are new, the smart controls are very convenient, and the toiletries are of good quality. The service was meticulous; they even prepared breakfast bags in advance and thoughtfully reminded me of my wake-up time. The attention to detail is perfect. It's my top choice for business trips and travel!

The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with every corner thoroughly cleaned, making for a worry-free stay. The hotel's environment was quiet and elegant, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The public areas were also neat and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in efficiently. They also thoughtfully provided information on local travel routes and responded to requests promptly and considerately. The room facilities were new and complete; the air conditioning and internet ran stably, and there was ample storage space, perfectly suited for a solo traveler. The overall value for money is excellent, providing a great sense of security for solo travel. It's my top choice for future trips and rest. The hotel also has a Chabaidao tea shop, is adjacent to a convenience store, and the hotel's dining options are affordably priced and very delicious! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed overnight between transfer flights near the airport; the hotel provides transfer services. The room was nice and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, Wi-Fi, toiletries, water, slippers, a kettle, and tea. A small stadium and sports ground are nearby.
