Wingate by Wyndham, under the Jinjiang group, has truly become my favorite hotel brand at this price point. The front desk was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded my room, and the housekeeping supervisor personally helped me pick out a room. The service was so warm and attentive! The upgraded room was huge and spacious, with a view right across to the ships. The heating was especially strong; I even had to open a small window because I get hot easily. Breakfast is in the basement, not too crowded, and the variety is decent. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the shipbuilding area again.

This stay at the Holiday Inn Harbin Ice City Hotel completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! First and foremost, I must express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Mao at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, we felt her warmth and attentiveness. Knowing that we were three adults with one child, she proactively upgraded our standard room to a family room. The space suddenly became spacious and comfortable, making it much easier to travel with a child – such a thoughtful gesture! She was also incredibly considerate, proactively providing extra toiletries and slippers, taking care of even the smallest details. She was always smiling and patient during our conversations, which was very heartwarming. The room itself was also a pleasant surprise. It was spotless, with no hard-to-reach corners, and had a window, providing excellent natural light and ventilation – a truly comfortable stay. Most importantly, the value for money was incredible! It was even better than a hotel we stayed at near Harbin Railway Station that cost twice as much – not only was the room larger and had a window, but the surrounding amenities were also much more convenient: it's close to the subway station, making getting around easy; and Jile Temple is right next door, within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, catering to both local specialties and casual meals, making it a worry-free choice for families with children. In short, this accommodation experience was perfect, especially the excellent service from Ms. Mao, who deserves 100 points. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

9 Great experience! The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The service is considerate and thoughtful, and the staff helped us upgrade the room. The location is convenient and there are many delicious foods around. The facilities are complete and the cost performance is super high. I will come again next time!

I usually stick to reliable chain hotels and hadn't tried a guesthouse like this before. The reviews were good, and it really exceeded my expectations for the price. While the facilities are a bit older, it's still pretty good overall, and the room was larger than I imagined.

This was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future. The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!

The hotel's location is also great, with convenient transportation and a metro station nearby. The value for money is exceptional. For the price, both the service and amenities far exceeded my expectations. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area!

The room is very comfortable and clean. The service from the aunt in the guest room restaurant and the lady at the front desk are very good. My schedule has changed. Otherwise, I really want to stay a few more days.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the subway station and the business district, and it is super convenient to travel and shopping. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and the staff is particularly enthusiastic. From check-in to luggage, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, and the questions are particularly professional. The room was clean and tidy to the details, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the pressure was instantly decompressed when lying down, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the quality of toiletries was online. The view outside the window is wide and unobstructed, quiet at night is not noisy, and the quality of sleep is directly full.

Hotel location is good, no matter where you go to take a taxi, there is also a subway nearby. The most touching thing about this trip is the front desk service, which is very intimate, attentive and warm. Anything can be done in time and efficiently! Breakfast tastes great too! Sugar gourds and frozen pears are also prepared for tourists, and humidifiers are also available! Very satisfied with the three-night stay!

Overall, the price/performance ratio matches the price. I stayed for two nights and didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how it was. I also upgraded the room type. It's very close to the subway, so it's convenient to go anywhere.
