The room was clean, the service was very warm and the attitude was very friendly. And the quality of slippers is very good! There is no problem with bathing, happy. The milk for breakfast has always been hot, and the milk lovers are satisfied with 😌

Staying at the Licheng Donggu Longta Hotel for my business trip was an absolute find! The free parking lot is spacious and easy to use. The smart room control is incredibly convenient; I could open the curtains and adjust the lights just by voice command. The bedding was super soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could pull all-nighters working on my proposals without any disturbances. The 24-hour front desk was always available, and the breakfast was plentiful. The value for money is truly outstanding!

This stay was pleasant throughout, far exceeding my expectations. The lobby was simply yet elegantly decorated, with a refined ambiance. The front desk staff were polite and professional, making check-in quick and smooth, and even proactively offering information on nearby transportation and restaurants. The room was spacious and bright, thoroughly cleaned, with every corner spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, the mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, resulting in a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, with ample water pressure and a stable supply of hot water. Amenities were complete and easy to use. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, and the staff were responsive and attentive to every need. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities. It's perfect for both travel and business trips, and I've added it to my list of regular stays. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The room was pretty good; the lighting and decor were comfortable. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water was hot. They even provided two complimentary drinks in the room. However, the cleanliness wasn't great. I found a long hair under the pillow, and one of the two complimentary water bottles in the room had already been opened and not replaced. Overall, it was decent.

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the facilities and services here are clearly superior. I stayed for 3 nights and had no regrets whatsoever; I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The room was so clean it practically shined, and the bedding was as soft as sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it had all the little extras like a smart toilet and a humidifier. An over-the-top experience that exceeded its price point. Both the lobby and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Wi-Fi was a given, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the TV offered shows like 'Extreme Challenge' and 'Zhu Yu,' and even allowed video streaming. The smart 'Xiao Du' system throughout the room was incredibly convenient, and I loved the blackout curtains, the powerful shower, and the lighted mirror. It was a comfortable dwelling and a very satisfying stay.

It was OK. We stayed during the ice festival period so alot of hotels were booked out in Harbin. The towels weren't the best. The hotel was in a really good location next to Wanda shopping mall. There is Dumpling King across the street. The hotel is close to the metro stop. The reception was helpful when we had issues with the hot water not lasting very long. It was large apartment type room. It has potential but it wouldn't be my first choice if returning to Harbin.

Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. The facilities at this new hotel were all brand new and in excellent condition, and the hygiene standards were exceptionally high. The guest lounge was very convenient, allowing members to access tea bags and drinking water. The mattress in the room was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The service was attentive yet natural, and the room was quiet and comfortable – highly recommended.

The hotel environment is great, and the facilities are very new. It's also very close to the subway. However, I believe the staff training isn't up to par. I had a slight dispute with the front desk because I needed to extend my stay on the third day, but there were no rooms available. I admit I'm partly responsible for this, as I forgot to inform the hotel the day before, but the hotel staff also didn't ask me in advance. Initially, I thought hotels in Harbin generally don't ask guests about extending their stay, but then I switched to another hotel where the staff did ask proactively. So, I think the staff training needs improvement, or the hotel should enhance this type of service.

We had a pleasant stay during our trip. They offer luggage keeping service as we go to other places for a few days and provided us with the same room as our stay previously. We also had our room upgraded. The hotel location are also relatively close to the scenic spots
