Staying at the Licheng Donggu Longta Hotel for my business trip was an absolute find! The free parking lot is spacious and easy to use. The smart room control is incredibly convenient; I could open the curtains and adjust the lights just by voice command. The bedding was super soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could pull all-nighters working on my proposals without any disturbances. The 24-hour front desk was always available, and the breakfast was plentiful. The value for money is truly outstanding!

Wanted to extend our stay in the family room, but it was unavailable. Had to switch to two double rooms instead. It was quite comfortable. Definitely recommend it. For parking, just follow where the locals park on the street; you can do the same. They're not super strict about it. It's great to grab some breakfast and fruit from the morning market across the street. Highly recommended. Make sure to go for breakfast before 8:30 AM. If you go late, everything's gone. They only topped up with egg fried rice.

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

Xiao Zou's service was absolutely superb, making this stay a perfect experience! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for travel and shopping, and parking is also very easy. The room was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, instantly relieving travel fatigue. The soundproofing was superb, making it exceptionally quiet at night. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with no corner left untouched. The bathroom featured a thoughtful wet and dry separation design, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable. The staff were warm and attentive throughout the stay. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and they patiently recommended nearby attractions and restaurants. They responded promptly to any needs, making the stay very welcoming. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, nutritious, and delicious. The price-performance ratio was excellent, definitely worth every penny. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel environment is great, and the facilities are very new. It's also very close to the subway. However, I believe the staff training isn't up to par. I had a slight dispute with the front desk because I needed to extend my stay on the third day, but there were no rooms available. I admit I'm partly responsible for this, as I forgot to inform the hotel the day before, but the hotel staff also didn't ask me in advance. Initially, I thought hotels in Harbin generally don't ask guests about extending their stay, but then I switched to another hotel where the staff did ask proactively. So, I think the staff training needs improvement, or the hotel should enhance this type of service.

A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings.

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.

Tina from guest relations was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic! Her service truly made me feel the warmth and hospitality of the North. Initially, the room I was assigned on a higher floor smelled of smoke. I brought this to Tina's attention, and she promptly helped me switch rooms. She was really effective!

The room is spacious and clean. The girl at the front desk seems to be the manager, warm and polite. Check-in was quick. The room is very comfortable and the location is convenient. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is very close to Daowai Exhibition Hall and other places.
