Came to Harbin for Li Ronghao's concert, so I stayed at this Hilton. First off, it's incredibly close to the venue, just across the street. Secondly, the facilities aren't great; it's new but feels a bit basic. On the bright side, the front desk and concierge service were excellent. They even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert.

Wanted to extend our stay in the family room, but it was unavailable. Had to switch to two double rooms instead. It was quite comfortable. Definitely recommend it. For parking, just follow where the locals park on the street; you can do the same. They're not super strict about it. It's great to grab some breakfast and fruit from the morning market across the street. Highly recommended. Make sure to go for breakfast before 8:30 AM. If you go late, everything's gone. They only topped up with egg fried rice.

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin International Exhibition Center with my child, and we were very satisfied. The location is excellent, the room is clean, and the front desk check-in was quick. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and the restaurant service was very enthusiastic. They offer both Chinese and Western dishes: freshly cooked wonton noodles and Harbin red sausage that costs dozens of yuan a catty outside. During the May Day holiday, they even had steak distribution, which was such great value! Plus, the front desk upgraded our room, and it was soundproofed. Highly recommend!

This hotel is clean and tidy, I highly recommend the Sofitel Harbin! The environment is high-end and stylish, with an overall French decor that creates a fantastic ambiance. Downstairs, it's right next to a park, offering expansive views. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including an executive lounge, self-service laundry room, and a well-equipped kids' area. The equipment and appliances are brand new and work perfectly. The cleaning standards are truly five-star; from the lobby floor to the smallest crevices in the guest rooms, everything is spotless. The bathroom is clean and dry with a separate wet/dry area, and amenities are neatly arranged. The housekeeping service is meticulous and thoughtful, replenishing supplies promptly. The whole-house fresh air system keeps the air clean, and facilities are well-maintained with no signs of age or damage. It's an exceptionally comfortable stay, whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation.

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

Found a peaceful place to stay. The overall decor is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and odorless. The service is just right, not overly enthusiastic. The mattress is moderately firm, and it's very quiet at night. It's a great place to unwind from the hustle and bustle, definitely worth revisiting.

The decor is quite standard, and the facilities are very new with no strange odors. The front desk service was also very good. The location is close to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group No. 6 Factory, and it's not far from other places either. You can walk to the subway, so it's quite convenient.

Facilities: Very new, with a fresh and stylish decor that has a touch of wabi-sabi. Even though the hotel is new, there's no lingering smell of renovation, and the lobby has a pleasant tea fragrance. The room lighting is bright, and the mood lighting design is beautiful. The deluxe twin room comes with a mini-fridge, perfect for storing yogurt. They've replaced the old-fashioned coffee table with a long desk, which is a fantastic and modern design, great for families traveling with kids during the summer who still need to do online classes. The washing machine and dryer are also very practical, meeting general laundry needs, and you can even scan a QR code to get updates on your laundry status, which is super convenient. Cleanliness: Meets the standards of similar-tier hotels. The shower pressure is even and strong, and the toilet features automatic flushing and a heated seat. Service: Also good. We booked breakfast on-site and received a discount. The breakfast selection and taste were both good. Environment: There's a commercial area directly opposite, making dining very convenient.

Check-in at the front desk was very quick. When I needed extra items during my stay, I called the front desk and they were delivered promptly, with smooth communication throughout. At check-out, they even thoughtfully helped with my luggage. The experience was great, the environment was lovely, and the room was very quiet.

The rooms are pretty good and clean, and the location is convenient, right on the street. It's very quiet at night, definitely worth staying. Although it's a bit far from Central Street, the price is good, and there's a morning market nearby.
