The toiletries were high-quality, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. Definitely worth rebooking!

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

A fantastic experience! Facilities: The hotel room and furnishings matched the pictures perfectly. The city view king room had a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery with your loved one. The bed and bathroom facilities were also excellent! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues! One minor thing to note is that the room can get quite humid after a hot shower in winter, and the windows fog up, so ventilation might be a good idea. Ambiance: Wonderful! The room layout, color scheme, and palette made for a very comfortable stay. Service: Absolutely outstanding! We enjoyed a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Haxi, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They also offered breakfast; if booked through Ctrip, it was only 12 yuan per person. It was simple yet impressive, with a rich variety of fresh, delicious dishes. The stir-fried tomatoes with scrambled eggs, in particular, was exactly to my taste – sweet and sour, and perfectly cooked. My girlfriend and I practically devoured a whole plate! 😋

The entrance of Qiuguo Hotel is quite stylish, and the lighting makes it look very upscale. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The environment was quiet, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is also worth trying, with a good variety of options. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was great near the Wanda plaza and the entrance to the metro station, it is good when you are traveling in a temperature of -30C. The room was heated and the floor was also with heating, hot shower and Japanese toilet 😍. A nice spot in the room where you can sit and have dinner or snack with a view on the window. Minibar is free! The receptionists were nice and pleasant even with poor English(that's why there is google translate). The breakfast was tasty little if western food but you can manage with the Chinese one too. But the area was small so you may come very early or before the end of the breakfast to enjoy a table for yourself sometimes you may share it with others but its nice to mingle.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Right downstairs, there's a street food market, and a shopping mall is right next door. The location is excellent. There's also an underground paid parking lot, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Highly recommended!
