## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing.

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

Facilities: All the facilities are comprehensive, and the remote control is very smart. Environment: Very clean, no strange odors. The bedding is tidy and comfortable, and there are many types of pillows available. The room is also spacious enough, which I'm particularly happy with. Service: The front desk even provided free transparent covers for ID cards during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. It's very close to Haxi Wanda, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs.

It's especially suitable for high-speed rail transfers and business trips. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Harbin West Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Downstairs is the core commercial district of Harbin West, with major shopping malls like Mixc World, Harbin West Wanda, and Xicheng Hongchang all within easy reach. The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient. What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options.

The hotel location was great near the Wanda plaza and the entrance to the metro station, it is good when you are traveling in a temperature of -30C. The room was heated and the floor was also with heating, hot shower and Japanese toilet 😍. A nice spot in the room where you can sit and have dinner or snack with a view on the window. Minibar is free! The receptionists were nice and pleasant even with poor English(that's why there is google translate). The breakfast was tasty little if western food but you can manage with the Chinese one too. But the area was small so you may come very early or before the end of the breakfast to enjoy a table for yourself sometimes you may share it with others but its nice to mingle.

Came to Harbin with friends this time and chose the Wangyue Qingcheng Hotel, and the experience really exceeded my expectations. The location is right near the West Station, which is super convenient for catching the high-speed train, no need to rush early in the morning. The 100-inch projector and bathtub in the room were huge bonuses; it was so comfortable watching movies in the room at night. The hygiene and service were both excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

The service was absolutely amazing! The staff upgraded my room for free, and since my train was delayed, they even let me check out at 2 PM. Thumbs up! The room was also very clean and super close to the train station.

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.
