It's also not far from the high-speed train station, which is a great relief for catching trains. Located on a high floor, the hotel offers expansive views. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, it's highly cost-effective and suitable for both leisure and business travelers visiting Harbin. Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend staying here. While the hotel is a bit older, the decor is excellent, and the design is very refined. There were quite a few guests staying as well. The breakfast is highly recommended, especially the sauerkraut dumplings – they taste very authentic. They also had sauerkraut with boiled pork slices (Suan Cai Chuan Bai Rou). The snowflake patterns on the carpet at the entrance show the hotel's thoughtfulness towards its guests and its original intention to promote Northeast China's ice and snow culture. However, for those traveling by car, I'd advise caution as parking spots in the front lot are quite limited. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. Turning right out of the hotel and walking a few hundred meters, there's a subway station – Kaisyuan Plaza – and right next to it is Wanda Plaza. My room wasn't very big, but the overall decor was cozy. It had a large window, and the sunset view in the evening was quite nice. The shower and toilet were separated, with the sink outside. My room was in a corner, right next to the hotel's linen room, so sometimes I could hear loud conversations from next door. The bed was made and towels were replaced daily, but only the bed and bottled water were replenished; the toilet and floor weren't cleaned. The hairdryer was an older model, and the hot air wasn't very comfortable. One thing I really disliked was that the room lights couldn't be controlled individually; there were only preset modes like 'sleep,' 'night,' 'lounge,' or 'movie.' It was either all off or all on. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which I appreciate 🌹🌹. Breakfast was a buffet located on the second floor, up the stairs next to the front desk. The selection was quite varied and rich, including steamed buns, porridge, noodles, rice, milk, bread, fruit, and yogurt. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for family trips, friends traveling together, or business travel.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! They picked us up and dropped us off, helped with our luggage, and it was a private transfer just for us. The car was also very comfortable and spacious!!! Environment: The room was super big! The restaurant environment was also very nice and comfortable!! Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and since we stayed a second night, it was cleaned very thoroughly! Facilities: The restaurant even has a fridge. We had leftover 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew), and they stored it for us. When we wanted to heat it up, they enthusiastically microwaved it for us, even using the restaurant's ceramic plates! So grateful!! You absolutely must choose this restaurant!!! There's a subway station downstairs, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Downstairs is also a BBQ street with tons of food options! Next to it is Harbin West Station, and they dropped us off at the closest point to the station, which we really appreciated! It was a huge help as we were in a hurry~!!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent with no strange odors. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff were polite and responsive. The bathroom facilities were in good condition with plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. It offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for business trips. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Grand Mercure Harbin Sophia Church is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the rooms are really comfortable. I chose this hotel mainly for its overall ambiance and amenities. The common areas are spacious and grand, and the facilities are very well-equipped. If you want to work out, there's a gym, and if your clothes are dirty, you can use the laundry room's dryer, which saved a lot of hassle. When I was checking in, I wasn't clear about some member-related questions, and the front desk staff patiently explained everything to me with a very enthusiastic attitude. My overall stay was excellent; all the facilities were convenient to use, and getting around was quite easy. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a very good location, near to Harbin West railway station, just 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the subway station. There are many restaurants and convenient stores besides the hotel, very convenient. The room is also very good decoration and clean. There are all amenities provided in the room. I enjoy staying in this hotel.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Harbin for business. The location is excellent, the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, and Wanda Plaza is right downstairs with all sorts of local specialty snacks. If you're craving hotpot, head across the street to Liangliang. For ramen, try Qishi Ramen. If stir-fries and dumplings are what you're after, Taiheju is the place, and for BBQ, check out Pianlianzi. If you're exhausted from all the sightseeing, treat yourself to a rejuvenating SPA at Yuhou Qingxin to feel completely refreshed. And if you want to bring some local specialties home for friends and family, the Shangwei, Harbin Meat Products Factory (Harou Lian), and Qiulin stores downstairs have all your souvenir food needs covered.

Conveniently located with free parking, this hotel is a great choice if you're traveling by car. It's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. Across the street, you'll find Wanda Shopping Center and Harbin Red Square, so dining options are plentiful and delicious! The breakfast is also fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the service is superb! The only minor drawback is that the room isn't very spacious; it feels a bit cramped. Everything else is great though!
