Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and served until 12 PM, which is perfect for someone like me who isn't an early riser. After this brunch, I was full of energy and ready to explore. The service is thoughtful and warm; every staff member in the restaurant had a friendly smile on their face. The 3D-printed yogurts in the pictures are incredibly cute; I took photos of all of them to cherish. Although my dietary choices were somewhat limited due to ethnic considerations, I was delighted to find Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles here. Their roasted chicken also tasted exceptionally good, and today I even had stewed chicken with mushrooms – I'm so satisfied! The room offers a splendid view, with the beautiful Songhua River scenery right before my eyes. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly whenever we met. On my first day, I even received frozen pears in an insulated container and a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. The transportation is super convenient; the hotel is right next to the river cable car, a five-minute walk to Central Avenue, and it's only about a twenty-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. What an amazing hotel!

The hotel provides Nongfu Spring bottled water, and you can ask for more whenever you need it, free of charge. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm, patient, and respond promptly. My check-in experience exceeded expectations. The first night I booked a different hotel, Gele Hotel, which was more expensive and smelled awful. This place is new, has windows for ventilation, and is super convenient – Central Avenue is just a minute's walk away. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, with professional and heartwarming service. They pay great attention to detail, and it offers excellent value for money.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and its location in Harbin's tourist area is excellent. The twin room offered great value for money. The staff were very professional. The room was a bit small, but well-designed, and surprisingly, it even had a mini-fridge. Initially, I had booked a non-Mercure hotel, but due to a typhoon, I had to cancel it. By the time I rebooked, there were no twin rooms left. The lobby of this Mercure hotel was quite small, which made me a bit apprehensive at first. During peak tourist season, family and twin rooms are really hard to come by. But since I was traveling with elderly family members, we had to make do. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is actually quite large with many rooms and excellent service all around. Our twin room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet, perfect for the elderly to rest. My family was very satisfied with this hotel during our trip to Harbin.

Good Side : The hotel staffs are very polite and the services is excellent overall. Rooms are clean and nice. But there are still some of the dowsides. Downsides: First, the breakfast dining area is severely short of seats. Many guests came for breakfast but couldn't find a table and had to wait. Second, during my 8-night stay, the coffee machine was broken for 5-6 days, yet no alternative instant coffee was provided. A cup of coffee for breakfast is really important for foreign guests.

The Holiday Inn Express has a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, making shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient! The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were all very friendly. The hotel room facilities were comfortable and bright. It was a great stay, definitely recommended!

The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The environment was nice, and I'd definitely book again next time. The transportation was also very convenient.

The location is a bit awkward. It's very close to Central Street and Sophia Church by car, but a bit far to walk. It's right by a main road, and the biggest issue is that there's no parking. We drove around looking for a spot but couldn't find anything suitable, so we ended up parking on the street – luckily, we didn't get a ticket. We had to drag our luggage for about 400-500 meters. For this reason alone, I think people might want to reconsider.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right opposite the entrance to Central Street, not the side with the Flood Control Monument. To reach the monument and the Songhua River, you'd need to walk the entire length of Central Street. The metro station is also a convenient 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, making getting around very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and we received complimentary Modere ice cream and afternoon tea every day. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bottled water readily available in many public areas. The laundry room was well-equipped with several washing machines and dryers, so we rarely had to wait. We stayed in a family suite, which was perfect for traveling with children, offering two bathrooms – no queues for the toilet! It's about a 20-minute walk to the Flood Control Monument and a little over ten minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. There's also a great local iron pot stew restaurant right downstairs with delicious food.

The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!
