YousuosisChoosing the Shangri-La Hotel for my trip to Harbin was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

✨ [First glance into the room] The room is large in size, with good lighting and comfortable looking.
🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] The landlord sister is very nice and enthusiastic, responds quickly to information and solves problems quickly.
💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] We live on the 20th floor. From the balcony, we can see the Central Street. The weather is good and we can see the Songhua River.
📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] It is also convenient to take a bath around
🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] Large living room large balcony, there is also a massage chair, I especially like it, I am tired of playing for a day, come back to massage, very decompressed.

Right next to the Hagia Sophia, the location is great. The heating is excellent, and the hot water for showers and towels are all good. The environment is quite clean, and the front desk service is very good.

Kelly8888It was a pleasant stay overall. However, the guy who worked the night shift was very rude, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the night shift stuff should be improved. Location of the hotel was good as it was in the walking street area.

Transportation: Very convenient, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient for eating and shopping, and you can overlook the river view, the cable car 🚠 money is saved
Environment: very clean and warm, the wife of the little cleanliness people feel OK, the child still climbs to the bottom of the bed to hide without dirty, the corner of the bathroom is also very clean, the sheets are white and comfortable
Facilities: There are pots that can be simply burned, there are also humidifiers, and the TV can be used directly for washing clothes.
Summary: The house is very suitable for a family of 6 people to live in. I can feel that the landlord is very careful in the operation. Basically, they are all personally. They also prepared a large box of mineral water and daily necessities for the guests. You can face the entire Songhua River from the window.

Andrey65The location is super convenient, right in the city center. There's a public transport stop directly opposite the hotel entrance. Nearby, there's a shopping mall with food courts and underground markets with various goods. St. Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance, and Harbin's Arbat street and many other markets are close by. The host was very responsive to all our requests, quickly addressing them and even allowed us to stay longer, free of charge. There's Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a kettle, a pot, dishes, and a refrigerator. The bed linen was snow-white and clean. And the biggest plus is that it was inexpensive. Overall, our family of five (my wife, three children, and I) really enjoyed it. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the photos are accurate.

As always, I chose Jinjiang Inn. Xinyang Road store is very easy to find. I opened the door and smelled of sweat. I immediately opened the window to breathe. The sheets were not clean. Fortunately, it was close to Central Street. I went to the light show at night. The next day, I took the Songhua River and walked on Sun Island. When I left, I bought something for my family in Qiulin Shopping Mall. Merchants mail for free. Jinjiang Star is also not bad for this powerful city.

Economy class hotels in China are dirty and smoky. The bed linen was clean. It was never changed in 7 days. Towels were changed, first on request, then themselves. The trash was taken out every day. The smell of some kind of mold and sewage in the bathroom. We filled a bag with water and closed the drain and the bottom valve in the sink. The floors were never washed. Dust swirled on the floor. WI-FI worked intermittently.
2 km to the metro
We had breakfast with delicious rolls in the next door from the entrance.
We found a Russian channel on TV
Water, slippers (disposable) and other things in the room are paid. Deducted from the deposit for the key (100 yuan) upon check-out
No one at the reception knows English. We checked in at night. The administrator was sleeping behind the counter and checked us in right away
