I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every day when I went out, the cleaning staff made sure my room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The river-view room offered a spectacular vista of the Songhua River Bridge, and being right above the cable car's 'Castle on the River' made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge who checked me in, and the staff who assisted me with a 'Princess, your carriage awaits!' level of service when I checked out, both provided such enthusiastic and thoughtful help, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Harbin.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that ensured a great night's sleep every night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient, and they even offered thoughtful local recommendations. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff; they kept the room spotless every day and replenished supplies promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city!

Highly recommended! The location is excellent, very close to Central Avenue and Saint Sophia Cathedral. There's also parking right outside, and it's super convenient to get a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. The rooms are spacious, with a separate walk-in closet at the entrance. In the twin room, we could even fully open two 28-inch suitcases on the floor, so the king room must be even bigger. The service was fantastic; they clearly explained all the check-in procedures and even escorted us to our room. They also prepared our extended stay key cards every day, so we could just pick them up at the front desk. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. And breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Excellent all around!

The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is excellent, right next to Central Street and Zhaolin Park, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Flood Control Monument by the river. The staff provided wonderful service, warm and enthusiastic. The bedding was comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of soft and firm pillows, which was a great touch. We even received woven red ropes for the Dragon Boat Festival!

It’s 7 days hotel, I don’t know what the premium should be but I would say that the location is great, barely 5 minutes walk to the church. Otherwise the room is basic and old. It was warm enough inside. The downside is that you can hear the people in the rooms next to you even when they are just talking. If you just need a place to sleep while in Harbin this is a good choice in terms of value for money.

Check-in was super fast, and the front desk staff were really welcoming. The hotel also offers a free self-service laundry room and a delicious breakfast. The housekeeping auntie did an excellent job cleaning our room – it was spotless! Plus, it's very close to Central Street, and there's a fantastic cake shop there that I highly recommend everyone try!

This hotel has its pros and cons, but overall I'd recommend it. Service: The service was excellent – very responsive and enthusiastic. They provided children's slippers and toiletries. Initially, the AC in my room wasn't working well, so the manager upgraded me to a better room for free, which was a huge plus. I noticed that many women in Harbin are beautiful, whether at hotels, attractions, or even restaurants; their makeup is also lovely and elegant – another bonus. The afternoon tea was 'better than nothing,' but the breakfast was truly worth it. One morning, the stir-fried green beans with pork were incredibly fragrant and delicious – it was a pleasant surprise to have such fresh, 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) dishes early in the morning. Big points for that! Cleanliness: I'm not overly picky about details. As long as there's no obvious dirt, it's fine. The room and bedding were free of any strange odors. Environment: The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of Central Street. There's a subway station and an airport shuttle stop just a short walk away. The first picture shows the view from my window, where you can see St. Sophia Cathedral and the beginning of Central Street. Facilities: You can tell the hotel has been renovated from an older building. The bathroom and furnishings are decent, and the bed is comfortable. However, the window frames, door frames, and air conditioning are really poor. The second picture shows the bathroom door; the latch was broken, so it couldn't close properly. The AC switch looked like an antique, and the cooling was ineffective – it was the kind of temperature an elderly person who doesn't like AC would prefer. I had to run it on full blast all day to stay cool, but the airflow in my room was quite noisy, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Although I enjoyed the room upgrade and want to praise them, I did have to compromise on the temperature and noise. Perhaps the heating works better in winter?

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Central Street and Hongzhuan Morning Market. We checked in late at night and stayed for two days, and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff (both the young man and young lady) and the cleaning auntie were all very friendly~
