The concierge service in the river view room was superb, even better than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, surpassing five-star hotels with an abundance of delicious options. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, which is perfect for late risers like me. They even had ice cream and Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles! After checking out from the Ritz-Carlton Harbin, I came here. Although the room's hardware is comparable to a budget hotel, the service from everyone at the hotel was consistently excellent. We received a welcome gift before checking in and a souvenir after checking out – how many five-star hotels offer that? This family-friendly hotel is great, the European-style decor is beautiful, and from the river view room, you can actually see the river!

The room was super spacious, very clean, and had excellent natural light. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and incredibly welcoming! She helped us with everything we needed, and we're so grateful! She even upgraded our room, which really showed us the warmth and hospitality of Harbin's people ❤️🔥! It's also super close and convenient to all the attractions, and there's parking available!

Great stay! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street is also easily accessible. The hotel feels safe, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. For this location, the price is really good value. The room was clean, and we booked a king-size bed room. The bathroom was also quite spacious.

The hotel was actual quite a walk away from Zhaolin Park metro station. However, the location is very central to many interesting places especially Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. One can also take a walk to the Chinese Baroque street, Central Avenue or the Flood Control Monument while looking at the sunset. Take the metro and you can reach Sun Island easily. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean. Shower pressure was strong and aircond good. Morning breakfast was local fare which comes with the room. Otherwise, one can easily walk out towards Hongzhuan morning market for other choices or the many shops near the hotel. Do use the local buses to take you nearer to popular spots. The Frontline service was good and we appreciated their parting gift on our last day. After many stays with Holiday Inn Express group, we are confident of the quality of stay and services. Looking forward to the next Holiday Inn Express destination.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with excellent cleanliness, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was a very pleasant touch. The staff were gentle and friendly, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. With plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, many landmarks were within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended for families with children.

It's also just a short walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The entire staff was warm and polite, check-in was quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their thoughtful service made me feel completely at home. The hotel's overall decor is opulent and grand, with a magnificent and refined lobby. Every detail exudes quality, making it very photogenic. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, Northeastern specialty pastries, hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I started each day feeling fully satisfied. The room itself was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep even though we were in a bustling area. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and strong water pressure. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with clean elevators and public areas that were spotless and odor-free. This hotel is perfect for both leisure travel and short getaways, offering incredible value for money. Staying here in Harbin is definitely a sure bet. I'll choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers!

Learning we were out-of-town visitors, they patiently introduced nearby attractions, authentic local cuisine, and transportation routes. They even thoughtfully reminded us of things to watch out for while exploring, covering every detail, instantly making us feel welcome. During my stay, the housekeeping was incredibly diligent. Cleaners tidied the room punctually each day, paying close attention to detail and neatly arranging everything. Any daily requests, made by calling the front desk, were met with a quick response. Replenishing supplies or answering questions were handled promptly and properly. The hotel's smart delivery robots also provided a convenient and fun way to get items delivered, a truly thoughtful service. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, providing a warm feeling even when returning late. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, with just the right amount of attentiveness – not overly intrusive, maintaining perfect boundaries. Before I set off to Harbin, I made a lot of hotel guides. Because I took my parents out to travel, I finally chose this all-season. I thought it was newly opened and very close to Central Street! From the day of check-in, I felt that the staff were super good, very patient, everyone was very kind, especially praise! Arranged the room for us according to our needs, and also helped us upgrade the room. The internal facilities are also great, very clean, large space, and you can see the exterior! If you come to Harbin next time, you don't need to look at other hotels, you definitely prefer this whole season! Bring your parents out, parents like this hotel very much!

I have very high standards for accommodation hygiene, and this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Every corner of the room was thoroughly cleaned, the floors were dust-free, and the bed linen and duvet covers were flat, clean, and hair-free. The toilet and shower glass in the bathroom were sparkling clean, without any water stains or limescale. In the public areas, the corridors and elevators were constantly maintained, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff.
