This was my first time in Harbin, and after reading reviews, I chose this hotel – and I definitely made the right choice! First off, the location is excellent. It's just a short walk across a traffic light from Exit 1 of Central Street Subway Station. All the nearby shopping streets and famous attractions are within walking distance. The hotel entrance has a large set of stairs, and the front desk staff even helped me with my luggage when they saw me, which was fantastic service. The front desk also offers makeup remover wipes, hair ties, snacks, and tea. The room environment was great too, with a fridge, an air purifier, and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room on the 3rd floor. The king-size room was a tiny bit small, but it's negligible and didn't affect my stay. Breakfast was good as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel on a whim the day before my trip, without much thought, but it exceeded my expectations! It offers great value for money. The location is just right – not too close to Central Street to be noisy, but very convenient for sightseeing. St. Sophia Cathedral is about a 5-minute walk away, and Central Street is about 15 minutes on foot, or just 5 minutes if you grab a shared bike downstairs. Plus, the hotel has its own parking lot, which is a huge bonus for me as I was driving, so I didn't have to worry about finding a parking space.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The hotel's location is quite convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi right outside to various attractions. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was super comfortable. It was also quiet at night, which was great for us traveling with a child. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. They were also prompt in responding to any questions or issues we had. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were good, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The common areas were also tastefully decorated, making it very relaxing to return to the hotel after a long day of traveling. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for our family trip, and the value for money was good. We would definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Harbin. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the environment is very clean. It's perfect for a stay. The cleaning staff do a thorough job, and all the toiletries are brand new. They even thoughtfully provide disposable towels. Plus, it's very close to the Chinese Baroque historical block, so it's like staying right in the scenic area. For those traveling to Changchun, I highly recommend booking this place!

The front desk staff, Yiwen, was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel environment is great, and the transportation is very convenient. Overall, we had a very good stay. We were traveling with family and had a happy time, and the breakfast was also very rich.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes. Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!

We were very satisfied with the room. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge when they saw we were two seniors traveling with a child, and even provided free breakfast for the child. The breakfast was palatable. The hotel is just across the street from Saint Sophia Cathedral and only a 10-minute walk from the start of Central Street. Attractions like the Flood Control Monument (along the Songhua River) are just a 30-minute walk away. The location is excellent, situated within the New 100 department store, which, along with its surroundings, offers a multitude of dining options and restaurants. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely choose this hotel!
