We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM, so the photos might look a bit dark. Actually, the room was very spacious and bright, and the bathroom was huge and clean, complete with a large bathtub. I didn't get to use it though, as I didn't bring a bath liner. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Baroque Street. It was lovely to explore during the day and then come back in the evening to stroll and dine along Baroque Street. The elevator was convenient, making for a very comfortable stay. Getting a taxi was also incredibly easy.
Because it is a new hotel opened in 2025, the overall hygiene and facilities are pretty good, but when it comes to specific details, too many problems are exposed. For example, when the housekeeping staff called the lobby, no one answered, so they had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask anything they wanted to ask. Also, could the laundry room put a mark on the elevator buttons? Moreover, shouldn't you check the indicator light at the door of the guest room when cleaning the room? I pressed the light for immediate cleaning early in the morning, but when I came back in the afternoon, I had to wait for the lady to clean it immediately. Because it was an immediate cleaning, I observed the entire cleaning process on the spot. During the cleaning process, the housekeeping lady directly packed up the garbage bag, and without taking any hygienic operations, she put the new bath towels and towels under the sink with gloves on after she had just cleaned up the garbage. This means that garbage has the same status as towels and bath towels. I hope that the service standards can be improved in the future!
Five stars, highly recommended! The hotel's location is impeccable, right in the heart of the Chinese Baroque walking street. Step out and you're surrounded by a complex of retro buildings. It's super convenient for taxis, and the subway is within walking distance. All sorts of local time-honored eateries are covered, so you don't have to go out of your way for food and sightseeing. The price is budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff are friendly and approachable, and communication is flexible and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-ventilated with no strange odors. Each floor's hallway has a unique and creative design. The backyard has a small garden, and the lobby bookshelves are perfect for impromptu photos. The hotel also has a laundry room and parking spaces, making it a complete package. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful sleep. It's suitable for both short trips and family travel. This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Laodaowai.
Huge thanks to the entire hotel staff for their outstanding service! My stay here was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transport links, making it easy to shop and sightsee.
A special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their warm assistance. I accidentally left my headphones in the room and was quite anxious when I realized. Upon hearing this, the staff immediately helped me search, contacted me promptly, and successfully retrieved them. Your professionalism and attentiveness truly impressed me, and I sincerely appreciate your help!
This was a truly memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again!
The facilities are excellent and the B&B's style is absolutely gorgeous, far exceeding my expectations! The hygiene is top-notch; an auntie cleans every day, making it a truly comfortable and clean stay. The environment is also fantastic, with a neat and pleasant little courtyard belonging to the hotel. The service attitude is superb – they answer all your questions and are thoughtful and warm! Located in a residential area, getting around is super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Chinese Baroque area, and there's a subway station nearby, so transportation gets full marks!
The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming! The place was spotless and tidy, and the room was cozy and spacious, exactly like the pictures – absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic, with all the attractions nearby and everything within easy walking distance. The room rate was also very affordable, offering great value for money! I not only had a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also got a taste of local life. That's my review for this hotel. Superb! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay here again! I loved it so much!!
We had a very pleasant stay at this home in Harbin, China. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with many things from before our arrival until after our departure. On our last day, after check-out, the owner kindly helped us store our luggage, allowing us to explore Harbin freely before our evening flight.Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin, especially for families.
The young staff at the Songyue Hotel's front desk were all wonderful, such lovely young boys and girls. They were warm and friendly, and knowing we had a child, they even upgraded our room for free. The room had wall-to-wall carpeting, was clean, tidy, and odorless. It was quiet and cozy. The price was budget-friendly, but the service and environment were top-notch. They even offered thoughtful WeChat guidance service, which was excellent, so we extended our stay for another night. It's definitely one of the recommended good hotels.
The hotel's facilities and ambiance are great, and the decor is quite thoughtful. The complimentary local specialties like Daqing milk powder, black honey, birch sap, and natural soda water are a nice touch, and the quality of the Jin Jun Mei tea exceeded my expectations. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby – just a short walk downstairs and you can enjoy authentic local cuisine.
Stepping into the room was an even bigger surprise! It looked exactly like the pictures, no filters needed. The decor was simple yet cozy, and the natural light and ventilation were fantastic. The room was spotless, and the bedding and towels were perfectly clean, soft to the touch, and even smelled faintly of sunshine – clearly, everything was meticulously cared for. The amenities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning, water heater, and washing machine all worked perfectly. They also generously provided disposables like toiletries, slippers, and bottled water. The attention to detail was exceptional, making my stay feel as comfortable and relaxed as being at home.

GGuest UserThe location of the room is particularly good, by the Songhua River, the Guandong Square, especially the atmosphere of life. Downstairs is the Chinese Baroque, and there is a halal snack shop that is good and cheap. There is a ferry to Sun Island, and a taxi to Central Street will arrive soon.
The room was very satisfied, clean and tidy, the facilities were no different from the home, the whole was complete, the washing machine was washing clothes, and the refrigerator was very practical.
The landlord introduced the route and hotel very warmly, and the maintenance was very careful. Thank you. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to experience the winter in Harbin.
GGuest UserOn the last night of this trip to Harbin, I stayed at the Luohua Xiaozhu Hotel in China Baroque. This three-story small courtyard has its own design sense. The style of the room is also different. My husband and I feel that we live here quietly and comfortably. I regret not staying here for a few more nights. It is convenient to live here to eat, drink and buy. It is a few minutes away from Metro Line 3. In the end, there was a small episode. On the way home, I received a call from the hotel lady, saying that there was a wash bag that I forgot to take. After communication, they also helped me express it back. Thank you again!

MM32102****We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy.
However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.
GGuest UserThe room was beautifully decorated, the bedding was clean and new, and the bath towels were clean and hygienic. The cleaning sister was very diligent. I stayed for 7 days. Every day, the children liked to see the scenery outside the window.
The hotel is not far from the Chinese Baroque. It is just around the corner. The subway is also available. We are a family of 4 people. We are going to do it anywhere. It is cheaper than taking the bus. It is cost-effective. It is the first choice for Harbin.
117055A delightful surprise for our family trip to Harbin! This guesthouse is truly family-friendly, providing a smooth and comfortable experience from booking to check-out. The rooms are playful yet stylish, with themed rooms that the kids absolutely loved. The location is superb, situated next to the Chinese Baroque Scenic Area, allowing you to experience Republican-era architecture right outside your door. Several popular tourist attractions are within walking distance, and Central Street is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. A 100-inch projector is perfect for watching cartoons with the kids in the evenings, a separate refrigerator provides storage for snacks and fruit, and a pressure-free mattress helps alleviate travel fatigue. The owner understands the needs of families with children perfectly, showing thoughtful attention to detail. Clean, conveniently located, and full of fun – truly the pinnacle of family-friendly guesthouses in Harbin!
DD14208****I rarely live in a homestay. I tried a lot of homestays this time. The room design and overall environment of Nuanxi exceeded expectations. The experience was good. The rest is quiet at night, the landlord is also enthusiastic, answer all questions, and respond to requests. Go downstairs and turn right to the subway. Friends who drive here should enjoy it. Parking near the attractions is so convenient and happy! The room was clean and hygienic, with washing machine and refrigerator, and laundry detergent was prepared. Really recommend, come to Harbin again will definitely choose here!
GGuest UserHighly satisfied with our stay! The service was incredibly personalized and thoughtful. They even upgraded us to a family room at no charge, especially after noticing our child was a bit older. We also reported a minor issue with the exhaust fan in our room, which was addressed very promptly. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff; they truly made our trip a memorable and happy one.

Service: The hotel that stayed at this time was really beyond expectations! The location is excellent, close to the subway entrance, a few minutes walk to the business district and attractions, travel and shopping are super convenient. When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and efficient, and also took the initiative to inform the surrounding play guide. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the night was good. The sound insulation effect is also great, no corridor noise can be heard at all, and the late night office is not disturbed.
The breakfast is rich in variety, from hot dishes to desserts, and the ingredients are fresh and taste online. The cleaning aunt will clean it carefully every day, and the supplementary supplies are also very timely. When checking out, I also gave a small souvenir, and the details were full. The price is super high, next time you come to this city, you will definitely choose this one!
AAnonymous UserThe location here is super close to the Chinese Baroque historical block, so you can easily come back and rest when you're tired from exploring. The front desk service is outstanding; they're incredibly warm, welcoming, and always attentive to guests.
