This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, checking me in quickly. She even proactively explained the surrounding amenities—a truly thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with perfect pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The most amazing thing was the view from the window. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful streetscape, which truly lifted my mood when I woke up. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were fantastic, especially the freshly made noodles, cooked to perfection. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay and showed exceptional attention to detail. Overall, this is an excellent value, perfect for both business and leisure. I've already added this hotel to my bucket list and highly recommend it!

The hotel is very close to the Museum metro station, and directly opposite Qiulin Company. There are also several other shopping malls nearby, making shopping very convenient. The room is quite spacious, and the duvet covers were changed daily. The underfloor heating was more than sufficient, which was great because Harbin winters are really cold! I felt staying here was better than in the Central Street area. If you want to experience some Russian flair, this is a good choice, as Gogol Street has many Russian-style buildings. It's nice to just walk around and explore.

The facilities are brand new. The transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop not far downstairs and Wenhua Gong Station on Metro Line 2 just 500 meters away. The hygiene conditions are excellent. The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning auntie on the 7th floor were both exceptionally enthusiastic. A truly great review!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my honest experience with this hotel. It's severely underrated and located right next to the Children's Park, making it super convenient for families with kids and seniors. The views, greenery, and air quality are excellent, and it's both quiet and clean! Opening the window allows for comfortable ventilation in the room. The hotel is small, with only about six or seven rooms per floor, so there's none of the noise from tour groups. The staff are warm and incredibly service-oriented! The room was clean and hygienic, and the value for money is truly outstanding. Our first night was spent at a nearby 4-star hotel by the river, which I chose based on its rating and star status, but it turned out to be noisy and rundown. In comparison, there's absolutely no contest.

Our trip to the Northeast included an overnight stop in Harbin, and this hotel, which I booked rather randomly, really exceeded my expectations. It's only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, were incredibly kind and helpful. Seeing that my husband and I are seniors traveling, she even upgraded our room! We could see the train platforms right from our window. The hotel also has a laundry room, and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and spacious. We were very satisfied!

The hotel's parking lot is spacious, making parking very convenient, which was crucial for us as we were driving. The air conditioning in the room provided excellent heating, so it was very warm even though we stayed in winter. The front desk staff (Xiao Wu) provided thoughtful service! Don't look at the online reviews, but the number of people who come to the hotel is endless, it is highly recommended!
