Hotels in Harbin Railway Station/Gogol Street/The first affiliated hospital of H, Harbin

The location is super convenient! A ten-minute walk to the left takes you to Qiulin Company and Fendou Food Store, and another ten minutes gets you to the Provincial Museum. To the right, there are many snack bars and BBQ stalls, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the Church of the Intercession. It's also a short taxi or subway ride to Central Street or the riverside. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Harbin, this one had the most convenient transportation. It seems they host a lot of group bookings, as there were always guests waiting to check in at the front desk every day. So, available rooms might be limited and you should book quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very patient and meticulous, and even assisted me with contacting a courier (੭ •_•)📦

Seriously! It's such a joy to stay in a comfortable hotel when you're on a business trip ✨ This Fairfield by Marriott provided a consistently comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The room was spotlessly clean, with great natural light, a soft mattress, and it was quiet at night, allowing me to truly relax after a long day. The service was attentive and efficient. My favorite amenity was the self-service laundry and dryer – a lifesaver for extended business trips! Plus, I could pop into the gym to stay active. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and delicious options. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and there's free parking. Overall, the value for money is fantastic. It's definitely going on my list of regular accommodations!

Friends, I have to spill the beans! This hotel offers incredible value for money, making it a top choice for business trips or vacations. It ticks all the boxes – the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortably cozy. They even include breakfast, which has a wide variety of delicious options, and their special Northeastern dishes are absolutely fantastic. It's also worth mentioning that the service is excellent, just the right amount of attentiveness – you won't feel awkward or neglected. And the front desk ladies are super attractive! 😍 All in all, it's simply 'great'!

After an unpleasant experience at my previous hotel, I was really touched by the enthusiastic staff here. They showed me a room and then helped me compare it with another family room, recommending the cheaper and more value-for-money triple family room. The hotel's breakfast is definitely the highlight; the variety is absolutely amazing! It's a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, catering to different dietary habits from both northern and southern regions. Staples like noodles, steamed buns, corn, pumpkin, and rice are all available. Western breakfast items like desserts, waffles, small cakes, and bread are also plentiful. Even staying for two days, the selection changed, and the juices, coffee, milk, and soy milk (original, grain) were all so complete! A wonderful Harbin trip starts with a delightful breakfast!

The overall hotel experience was very satisfying. The room was clean, fresh, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The location is excellent, convenient for transportation and dining, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely rebook on my next visit and highly recommend it!

It is right across the south square after you get out the Harbin railway station. It is next to a subway entrance. Note that there is no barrier between shower area and toilet. I have to give a lower rating due to the followings: (1) WiFi does not work in the room for my entire stay and even in our floor (10th). Even though it shows I’m connected, there is no internet connection. No fix despite my complaint. (2) Elevators do not work as designed. The capacity supposes to be 15-16 people, but it stops working when 7-8 people are in the elevator. In multiple instances, we have to wait for a long time to go up or down. (3) Breakfast is below average. (3)

Exceeded my expectations! Location: The location is decent, near Harbin Station. Pedestrian crossings in the surrounding area are a bit inconvenient, requiring a small detour, but you'll get familiar with it after walking it once. Facilities: The in-room facilities were sufficient. I was surprised to find a faucet with filtered water – a first for me! While the hotel is over a century old and lacks an elevator, its two floors make this perfectly acceptable. Cleanliness: Very clean, from the hallways to the rooms. Service: My service interactions were limited to check-in, security inquiries upon entering/exiting, and check-out. The overall management felt like an old-fashioned concierge service. What surprised me was how few guests seemed to be staying, given the hotel's pleasant environment and good conditions. This is, after all, a historic hotel where prominent figures like Chen Geng and Chen Yun once stayed! I barely saw any other guests during my entire stay.

The room size was just right, and the hotel is close to the city center. It was clean, and the service was absolutely on point, warm and thoughtful. They met every request we made. Breakfast was good, a mix of Chinese and Western. The afternoon tea, coffee, and pastries were all delicious. The only downside is the lack of a dedicated parking lot; we had to park under the elevated bridge in front, which cost over twenty yuan per day! The price this time was very, very good. Looking forward to staying again in winter!

The hotel's location is great, close to the subway, making it convenient to get to Central Street, the cathedral, and anywhere else in the city. There's also a tobacco shop next door, which is handy for smokers to pick up local cigarettes and alcohol. Across the street, there's a Qiulin Lidaosi specialty store that even offers free domestic shipping if you spend a certain amount. The breakfast was quite rich, and they offered complimentary afternoon tea and welcome fruit.

Overall very great hotel for the location, conveniently located next to Harbin Railway station as well as Metro Line 2 (right across the intersection to the right of the hotel) it's a direct line to Harbin Ice & Snow festival so it's honestly very great. A great bonus is there's an Airport Shuttle bus station also to the right of the hotel, just 50 meters away, it is visible from the hotel. It cost only 20 yuan, for single travelers it's really worth it, the taxi ride I took on the first day to save time was 80 yuan for reference. Even 2 people traveling together will save 40 yuan. The bus is also big, everyone gets a seat and there's luggage compartment underneath the bus. The room is not noteworthy so I've attached the image pointing at the Airport Shuttle ticket booth for you! Also another bad impression is they didn't give me toilet paper at checkin right away so I had to walk out of the toilet to grab toilet paper from my bag to wipe my ass after taking a dump immediately after entering the room.
