This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit.

This hotel truly excels in every aspect, from service to amenities. The thoughtful touches in the room, like the humidifier, wet wipes, disposable toilet seat covers, earplugs, and plastic slippers, show they really consider the guest's perspective. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When I checked out, they even offered a 'princess treatment' service, escorting me all the way to my ride-sharing car. I noticed many families staying here, which makes sense given the excellent family-friendly services. The front desk offers a breakfast voucher for just one yuan, and for multiple guests staying multiple nights, they thoughtfully arrange rooms together. Breakfast itself is delicious and varied, with the crispy fried pork (guoba rou) and tofu pudding being particular highlights.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel's location is great, right across from Central Avenue Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. However, because it's in such a central area, there are only a few parking spaces, which isn't ideal if you're driving. The room size was good, and the facilities were quite new. Just a heads up, Building B doesn't have an elevator; it's a three-story walk-up. If you need a room with elevator access, make sure to book in Building A.

Qiu Guo doesn't seem to be a very well-known brand nationwide, but I was drawn in by the pictures and descriptions – the location and rooms looked great, and you can even see St. Sophia Cathedral from the hotel. I thought it looked better than some of the older, more established chains like X Ting or X Jia. And indeed, I'm very satisfied after checking in. The room facilities are all very new and clean. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for two people. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were all incredibly polite! The cleaning auntie was also very kind! Plus, the hotel breakfast was quite extensive. This trip to Harbin has been a good experience, and I'd love to stay a few extra days next time if I have the chance!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the past two years, from the ambiance to the service, room cleanliness, and even the food. The location is also very convenient, whether you're strolling along Central Street or taking a taxi or bus, it's perfect. Highly recommended! Every staff member treated guests with uniform politeness and professionalism. Thanks to their service, we had a comfortable and pleasant three-day, two-night stay. I really love Harbin; this experience after so many years was fantastic! See you next time.

Perfect location just off Zhongyang Street!The hotel is in an excellent location, only about 10 meters inside the alley from Zhongyang Street. The room was very clean, and the smart electric control system and comfortable furniture made everything so convenient.

This is the first five-star review I've given a hotel all year. The hotel is right next to Central Street and very close to the Central Street subway station. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and of course, Central Street itself is great for shopping, so the location is excellent. But these are secondary; the hotel's overall service and facilities were truly impressive. The staff's warm service and the perfect facilities left a deep impression on me. Even though we only had one suitcase, the doorman helped us carry it all the way to our room. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well-equipped, especially the fully automatic toilet. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature was just right. The quality of the dental kit was also very good; I even took a new set home. Besides the buffet, it seems there are also special daily offerings for breakfast, and afternoon tea is provided. The room was also very quiet, which was a huge plus. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Harbin again.

The hotel location is perfect, just 4 minute walk to metro Shangzhi, 9 minutes walking straight distance to St Sophia Cathedral and Yibin cloth lunderground market, for Muslim you can have halal food 100 meter at the right street from the corner of the hotel which I used to take away 2 times while staying at the hotel. The hotel has luggage ramp at the right side of the hotel entrance, checkin and checkout is very fast, the receptionist can speak English at least helpful for those who do not speak Chinese, and I got welcome gift as well from the receptionist. The hotel has laundry room including detergent and dryer as well. Also has robot to deliver your food that you order from *******. There is also daily cleaning services. The safety is good, there is one day i just forgot to keep my ipad on the bed and it still there when i come back at night. I am thankful for the trusted service from the hotel staff. I recommend to fellow Malaysian traveller to stay here.
