We spent 10 days trip to China and Sofitel Hangzhou is one of my favorite hotels of the trip. Hardly I founded one who can speak English then I met a skinny and tall chef of the hotel who spoke English very well. He is so friendly. However, all the staff members and very friendly, attentive and welcoming too. Room is big and bed is really fitted for four of us; me, my wife and two kids. If we are in Hangzhou, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks to chef for the information about our trip to some popular places nearby.

A lovely hotel near the Hangzhou Westlake.. My room on the sixth floor was very good and met my expectations. Breakfast was also a good experience and made all the more by Rajeev and Maria who provided excellent service. Room service is also very good and the staff do a great job. There is a rooftop garden that is worth a visit and in the evening it offers nice views of the surrounding area and Westlake. Happy to visit again.
