This hotel is truly incredible value for money. I had such a great experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely spectacular. From my room, I could even see the Dubai Frame, which made it feel extra special.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s so easy to get around the city from here, whether you’re exploring or heading out for dinner. And having a mall connected to the hotel was honestly the best part. It made everything so convenient and stress-free.

I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel; wonderful service. The room especially the bathroom is very spacious. I think that is the biggest bathroom I ever had. I will definitely stay again once I am back in Dubai.

We had an awesome experience at Sofitel, hope to visit again. Room was nice and clean, we had a restful stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and they were all scrumptious.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but please take note of a few observations:

1- Although I booked halfboard, I was informed upon checking in there is a consumption cap of 115 dhs per meal and I will be charged separately for water & beverages! 
2- Room service is slow and I had to call twice for the same request at times. 
3- The air conditioning of the lobby and the premier lounge is insufficient during daytime. 
4- The beach closes at 18:00 while the sunset is past 19:00 

On a positive note, I would like to thank Nancy at Priority check-in for being super hospitable & accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Opéra Garnier and major shopping malls, with a metro station just a three-minute walk away! They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are friendly. The hotel environment is comfortable and the hygiene is excellent!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

The experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. Felt welcoming every single time I returned to rest after the end of each day, and even during checking out, the staff left a good impression. Will be back to stay at this hotel!

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. It's ideal for tourists. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Sofitel Shanghai North Bund. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and cozy. The hotel's location is excellent, and the lady at the front desk with the striped shirt was very enthusiastic. The room price was also very affordable, offering great value for money! It wasn't just a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also a taste of local life – that's my review of this hotel's service. Superb!

The hotel's overall decor is exquisite and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. I was immediately impressed by the light luxury and sophisticated design upon entering, with quality evident in every detail – truly a beautiful reflection of prosperity.

To my pleasant surprise, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, with just the right amount of support. I instantly relaxed when I lay down and slept exceptionally soundly. I even wanted the link to the mattress! The soundproofing exceeded expectations; outside noise was almost imperceptible, making for a truly excellent resting experience.

The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection. In addition to noodles, there were freshly prepared congees. There were many choices, with Chinese and Western dishes, fruits, and desserts all available. The taste was excellent, and I left very satisfied.

The gym facilities were complete and brand new, with well-maintained equipment. The space was spacious and well-ventilated, providing a clean and comfortable environment for exercise. The layout was also well-designed for a smooth workout. With sunlight streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows during the day and the beautiful scenery outside, the exercise experience was also delightful.

The staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. They were responsive and humble, attentive throughout my stay. It happened to be our anniversary, and the hotel offered warm wishes upon check-in and even thoughtfully arranged romantic decorations, making the occasion feel truly special – both heartwarming and surprising. The overall experience was impeccable, and I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip. Highly recommended!
