We had a lovely stay here, especially 瑞瑞 is very kind and helpful. We checked in before 12 oclock which is convenient for us. Pillow is also comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, close to Xi Hu, Qing He Fang, in77 mall, and metro station. Robot is available in the hotel to help guests.

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Location is very good although I didn't managed to travel with the nearby MRT. Lots of eateries, shopping mall and convenient stores nearby. Even the famous souvenir shop Zhi Wei Guan main branch just within walking distance. The initial room assigned to us was clean but with a very strong moldy smell even i opened up the windows after few hours. Receptionist is kind enough to upgrade a room on the same floor to me when i returned from sightseeing. Breakfast selections is ok with choices of local and international cuisines.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects.
First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden.
The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge.
Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise.

One of the best hotels in Hangzhou we have stayed! Previously we stayed somewhere else and had a bad impression of that hotel but we managed to book this hotel in the last minute! Even though we have selected the normal queen room, upon check in they upgraded the room for us into a queen room with sofa bed instead! There is also a Dyson set for the ladies which was very handy!
Overall our stay in Hangzhou for the last few days we had were very pleasant because of this hotel!! Will recommend it to my friends and families☺️

👌🏻 Breakfast with vast choice, mainly Chinese food.
🥲 City view is facing residential building that we kept our curtain on, also someone smoking at the corridor, which was not ideal.

Hhappy61I wanted to come here last year, but never had the chance. So I decided to celebrate my birthday here this year. The hotel's exterior environment is nice, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. Fortunately, the service is online, and every staff member is very enthusiastic and polite. This makes all the shortcomings seem insignificant. I would like to give special thanks to the front desk Jojo and the butler Benson. During my stay, they answered all my questions, replied to messages in seconds, and helped solve problems in time. They also decorated the room and gave me cakes and squirrels. Thank you!

First of all, the location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop outside and the subway station is only a hundred meters away! Secondly, every staff member of the hotel is extremely professional and treats customers warmly and friendly! The hotel's hardware facilities are first-class and intelligent, and the fitness equipment is brand new to meet the needs of exercise! Finally, please look at the pictures. The breakfast is rich in variety, and Chinese and Western food can satisfy your various taste buds! It is worth praising that the pictures on the Internet are exactly the same as the actual ones, without false propaganda! Recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserI have been to Hangzhou many times. This time I chose Shusheng Xunzhen No. 1 Courtyard. The location is very good. You can walk to Lingyin Temple. Opposite is Hangzhou Flower Garden with few people and beautiful scenery. Through the flower garden, you can reach Guozhuang, Youhao Park, Zhaogong Dike... The hotel room area is larger than that of ordinary B&Bs, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is also open to the public. The dishes taste very good. The housekeeper Xiaodai upgraded me to a family suite. Thank you! Hangzhou is beautiful, and everyone in Hangzhou is kind and beautiful!

Just by lifting your eyes, you are greeted with the picturesque beauty of West Lake, with its stunning scenery of shimmering water and lush mountains. In the morning, as you open the window, the fresh air, infused with the lake’s vibrant essence, rushes in, bringing a sense of tranquility and delight. The room is well-equipped with complete facilities. Special thanks to our butler, Xue Chen, for proactively assisting us in handling our lost items. We are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come again.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

IIntrepid Traveller8Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

The location of the hotel is impeccable. It is located in the core area of the city, with convenient transportation around and the subway station close at hand. Whether it is to enjoy the lake and mountains in West Lake or to go shopping in the bustling commercial street, it can be easily reached. There are also many special snack streets and shopping malls around to meet various needs.
The service of the hotel is even better. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The front desk staff greeted with a smile, and the check-in procedure was fast and efficient. During the stay, if there are any problems, as long as you ask the staff, they will help solve them as soon as possible, making people feel cared for.
In terms of hygiene, the hotel has done an excellent job. The room is spotlessly clean, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy, there is no odor in the bathroom, and all kinds of facilities are neatly arranged, making people feel very at ease.
What surprised me most was the hotel's catering. The variety of breakfast is also rich, which can meet the taste needs of different people.
This time I stayed at Hangzhou Sinai Hotel, whether it is the geographical location, service, hygiene or catering, I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will definitely choose here again. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Hangzhou for tourism or business trip!

My wife and I were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately it's only open in the summer (closed from the 5th of September, always good to check the fine print). In fact, after mentioning this to Trip and the hotel management, we managed to get a fair compensation. That was very thoughtful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will likely come back again.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options.
